I come there only for detailed interior wash. Only the first time was great. Second time was poor. Last time, it was yesterday interior was perfect but look what they did exterior. I didn’t ask them to wash my car with a dirty water!!! So mad!!! I came with cleaner car exterior than I left!!! Their equipment damaged my car and left a huge dent in my door. When I spoke to the manager Jeremy Hilburn he insinuated that the dent was there beforehand and that I was lying and trying to scam them. I was in the car when it happened so I definitely know it was their equipment that caused it. Also, in the span of time I was there two other people had damage done to their vehicle. One had their wiper broken and another had the bottom of their car scratched when the rail dropped their car abruptly. I was able to view videos but since my car is black he claimed he couldn’t tell if there was or wasn’t a dent beforehand but you can see the soap running down straight before the brush dented it. They also refused to send me the videos even after I called police to try to help me. If your car is damaged here they WILL NOT accept responsibility. I pay for them to wipe off my truck and rims but they are half fast! Not only that, I have a bed cover that I got from a truck accessory place and the drive through car wash pulled off the metal plate on my bed cover so I had to put screws in it and it took them about 4 months to make a decision that they couldn’t replace it because it’s a after market accessory and not factory so they left me like that! They could’ve made $1,200 off of me because I own my own mobile business so I would buy a monthly pass every month for $50 but they lost my business! Deluxe wash was decent. The attendant pretreated brushed off the front and only pretreated the back with no brush so there was still dirt that you could see around the license plate. Showed the attendant and gave me a rain check because they were already closed. I when late to avoid the heat. I did like that the vacuum area was shaded and it did help in sweat as much as I thought I would in this 100 degree heat even at 8 pm. I went with the detail package for $49.
Unfortunately the service was below par. Infact it was terrible. Too much amoral was used on the cabin and the interior just looks dusty, dirty and full of grease. No attention to detail just hustle. Would love my money back. There are areas that were not vacuumed at all. Just no pride in the work whatsoever.

My Second time here as it is far from me but the drive is worth it. I opted for the premium wash. I didn’t know till after the fact that they have special promos on their website!!! Def check there first and show to the cashier. They have seven day insurance for premium wash and higher, in case it rains you can come back for free. They give you a voucher for it. (a year ago)I bought the most in-depth package available for detailing my vehicle, and when I got it back, I was disappointed to find out that my car didn’t even look like it had been detailed or that the chrome wheels had even been cleaned. Debris was left in the car, and my dash/seats/steering wheel/door panels were all left a greasy mess. I asked for them to correct the issue or refund me, but they said they couldn’t because there wasn’t a manager on duty to approve it. I reached out via phone and email the same day I had the detail done, and have yet to hear back from them… that was on Friday, June 25th. I was hoping to have this issue resolved before my trip to Illinois, but it hasn’t happened yet. Maybe the manager or owner will see this and check their inbox. Here are just a few photos I took to show that my car doesn’t even look like it was touched with anything except grease.Update: it is August 9th and I still haven’t heard back from anyone from this location regarding a refund or getting the detail redone on my vehicle. At this point, I would never recommend this location to anyone. Ever. Sorely disappointed, since it came highly recommended and has such great reviews. Oh h well, live and learn I suppose.

I come here at least once a week with the awesome monthly membership! The employees are awesome, and always give me car fresheners! Would definitely recommend the monthly membership for anyone who spends time in their car, worth the money!
Not sure if their business is named “Take 5 Car Wash” because they take your money with no results or cause it takes 5 car washes before it succeeds.
I paid for the $5 basic wash. After the wash finished, I went to vacuum my car and realized that the wash didn’t manage to clean off any of the dirt on the side of my car. I drove back through to ask if they could warranty the wash since it clearly didn’t clean the car. The cashier said that since I only paid for the basic wash it was not guaranteed to do anything. And if I had paid for the $25 full wash that it would have used the brushes to clean it. If I was permitted to go through the wash one more time and the results were still the same then I would have left a little bummed but not feeling like I got scammed. But instead I was refused a warranty and told that I didn’t pay enough to get results.
If the basic wash doesn’t do anything then don’t have it as an option. I literally just gave $5 to get my car wet and use a vacuum. Look at the photo I attached to see what you can expect from this place.
Payed for a $16 wash that included tire shine. Only 1 tire looks like it was properly treated and 2 almost treated and 1 looks like it wasn’t tested at all. I’ll never go back there. To many car washes in Arlington.
Great Car wash! Love that they offer interior car cleaning products that you can use after your car wash. The owner is super nice & helpful. I stopped here after driving cross country from WA and he noticed all the bugs didn’t come off first time through so he offered that I go through the wash a second time. My car looked nice and shiny afterwards ✨️
