This is our go to car wash. They have different cleanings, but I always go with the “lava”. My car comes out looking brand new every time. I am so happy they have people at the end to finish drying off my car so I don’t have to (bring cash for tip if you like to tip). Inside the car wash is large enough to fit out F- 150 with no issues.
The reason for the four star:
I tried to get in to get a interior detail, but they were booked months out. They also have a book they keep all appointments in. This is how appointments get lost. For me the touchless car washes suck unless you just had a car wash in the last month. I usually get car washes like once a year and the only car wash that can tackle that mess is the Pink Elephant. It is not even that much more expensive than the others and it offers so much more; alot of contact for the cleaning and the hand drying at the end are my favorite features. I followed their instructions and made sure there was plenty of gas so they could leave it running to help dry out the inside. The reason I can’t rate my experience 5 stars is, they left the vehicle running and unlocked outside. With the number of car thefts in Anchorage, I think that’s a bad practice.

Loads of wax residue left all over the car. Wax over the windows and big buildups on every hard edge. This place has 2 seperate rooms and the doors lock for your safety once inside the units. I believe that the cost is$25.00 for 20 minutes of wash time. ( enough time to wash 2 dogs.)
My dogs were covered in mud so this is what i chose to do since i had just moved into a new apartment and did not want to trash my new bathroom right away.
Go check it out. It is worth it honestly for just the convenience. My dog doesn’t like the blow dry but maybe yours will.
I like using Monster Wash because they are convenient, but the soap rarely ever gets completely rinsed off and I always find soap sitting on the inside of my door jams when I open them so I have to rinse my entire car off when I get home with my own hose and have to open all my doors to wipe down the door jams with a rag or else it will start to smell really bad. The blow dryers don’t even come close to drying my car off either
This is my go to for a car wash, for the most part I like it, except every now and then a bay won’t work and will literally soap my car then tell me to drive out without it ever even washing my car. Had bay 2 do it to me today and sadly it was 30mins after closing hours for the office so I’m out $16 dollars have no one to call or talk to about the issue and still have to wash my car😢 seriously really like this place but not when it doesn’t even work.
Washed my car here. It’s farther away from our place but I kind their setup at Monster Wash. Car looked good afterwards also seemed quicker than other car washes. Happy New Year 2023!
This is my go-to car wash place. I usually never have any issues but when I went through today there were some issues. I called to let them know what happened, spoke to Will, he was very helpful in resolving the issue and made the whole situation a positive experience. I will continue coming here for car washes and have to give a shout out to Will for being so kind and helpful!
