Staff at the A & W’s violate food and safety code by not wearing gloves or washing hands when handling food. They were touching cash and then handling/making my burger 2. Even when your food is ready and sitting in the warmer. They will ignore it and begin making/serving the person after you’s coffee and order first and make you wait longer than necessary. 3. Rat was seen running around in kitchen area 2. They claim you did not pay at the pump when you had already prepaid and end up charging you twice. Pretty standard station, nice location with a car wash in downtown. Although the car wash is off location.
The store was neat and clean. Also the service of the staff was very good. They gave me great offers on the stuff I was buying like I was buying some drinks but didn’t know about the offers they gave me info about it that I can get more in the lesser price.
Staff wouldn’t let use the washroom for the customers. Always out of service.. I don’t know if they ever gonna fix it. lol.
