I put my car in park and told the guy at the cash that the screen was frozen and it wouldn’t let me input my code. He didn’t offer to check the machine or help in any way. He only offered me a refund which I took. My car is still covered in salt and I had to back out of the curving car wash entry. Shameful.By Andrea Bailey (4 months ago)The store claims to be open 24 hours, but all foot traffic is being denied access at the door before 6am (sign on the door/door locked), while the cashier sits on their phone at the cash register. One time I was denied access at 6:23 am until I got the cashier to notice the time and he opened up, thankfully. Another little complaint I have is that I mistakenly didn’t check the expiry date on a loaf of bread sitting at the front of the shelf, my fault, then proceeded home and quickly realized the bread was already 6 days expired at that point. It’s just disappointing how that Irving location on Robie is handled. On the flip bright side, there are a few amazing, smiling, serviceable, kind hearted individuals who do work there and out weigh the bad. I called to find out if they sell Telus prepaid cards and to check that they were open 24 hrs like their website says and i got a yes to both questions. The clerk that answered the phone was prompt and she was cheerful and answered my questions fully. They offer a lot of good services here. Thumbs up!
Had the experience of being served by Marissa this morning. She gave me her honest review of your wraps and while joking with me she was also making another customer laugh. She definitely has a good vibe for business. Raise should be in order
Great place to get gas and other household items.
I only give two stars because the Tim Hortons staff are phenomena there. I spend at least $300-$500 a week at this station on both gas and coffee, or at least I did as I will only be getting coffee there from now on. The woman who works the night shift heard me say that the cigarettes were more expensive there as I walked to the Tim’s line, and then said “You don’t f’n have to buy them here if you don’t f’n like it” I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and then she proceeded to berate me in front of all the people there.
It’s an okay gas station, but their car wash shuts down for maintenance in weird schedules. Twice I’ve been there specifically to buy gas and get a car wash and the car wash was closed. It’s a lack of predictability that’s really irritating.
