- Reviews:More like the car wash schmos. Car wash is dirty and poorly lit. The nozzle was missing from the air dryer. But the icing on the cake is that you have to pre-tap an amount and it is not prorated based on the time you use. So you basically have to guess what your car wash is going to cost. Horrible experience. won’t be back.By Jack Middleton (5 months ago)Customer service was horrible the tap was not working at the pump so I tried sliding my card in and entering my PIN and it suspended my card I went in to talk to them what was going on and they asked me what pump I was on and I said it’s right out there and I pointed to it and she didn’t even know what pumped number it was so they have no idea what’s going on with their pumps couldn’t even tell me what pump number I was on and blamed my card for not working and I tried another credit card and it didn’t work either so I had to go to two different banks and get my card reauthorized and I went back and forth into the customer service where the cash register was 5 times and no apology although they couldn’t speak English very well they still know The Color of Money please Brian Hughes can you start educating your new arrivals please at these gas stations that you won’t they are making you look really badBy DAVID “56 STRAIGHTLEG” LIFESON (3 weeks ago)The only reason I gave a star is because the attendant was very welcoming and friendly. I was shocked at how little time there was available per token. I had 9 tokens left from a wash before Christmas, so I did use them up. After using 4 to vacuum just the foot wells in my little car, I sped through with a token for pre soak, and did not get around the whole car, despite moving the wand out of th holster in advance, and moving very quickly. 2 more tokens for the foam brush- again not getting around the whole vehicle, and not even touching the wheels. By then I was certain not to be ever coming back to this place, and wanted to at least properly rinse the car with the last 2 tokens. I didn’t quite make it- 10$ for barely a lick and a promise. However, with the one way traffic, they really need to install gas lines that extend and they recently have a lot of pumps that don’t work. Most cars have left hand fill, right fill side of pumps is pretty much unused. Pumps are close enough together that the back car has to wait for the guy in front to leave. Can’t go around or back out all that easily. Waiting in line 15 to 20 minutes to save 2 or 3 dollars is not my idea of a good deal. Did not go into store.By Dean Edmonton (5 months ago)They would get a higher rating if there gas pumps weren’t one way. They usually have quite cheap gas, but half the pumps aren’t being used. The lineup goes out to the street at times, but they won’t change it to either 2 way, or get longer hoses to reach the other side. You constantly see people pulling up to one of the empty pumps with the tank on the other side, try to stretch the hose over a small car, and it won’t reach. Would’ve been nice for the gas station attendant to actually come outside and help with the gas tonight. The whole reason I went there was because it’s freezing out and the guy stood inside. November 16th 2022 at around 5:45…why even get paid if you don’t do your job
Slowest car wash I’ve ever been to. Over an hour in line. If they can’t do that right, what else has been missed?
This location is becoming a joke. The car wash is closed more than it’s open, when it is open is cleaning capabilities are sub par at best. And the “we serve” is a joke. There’s almost never any service at the we serve unless they’re already outside. What’s the point.
Useless car wash usually closed and gas price is higher then other near by so why even have a gas station when will you compete with other places there is nothing coop offers that make worth while to use their services. Lucky it’s a life time membership cause I would never pay for the membership ever again.
I often pass by this co-op gas bar and notice they’re always cheaper than nearby Shell and Mobil plus they have 91 octane gas with Top Tier designation with zero ethanol plus there’s 6 cents off on premium gas every tuesday! I’ll surely be visiting more often = )
