If anyone is looking to get your car washed go here even if it is a bit far from you, i for example had to drive 20 minutes to come to this specific one. But today probably killed that mood. I went in around 4pm to get a car wash. I asked for one and they charged me, I paid for it, and when I went around to get it washed. It was closed. I went inside and asked why I was charged for a car wash when it was closed they claimed “no one told us, no one called us”. But I am curious if they are they ones that put the signs out or not. I feel like that communication can be improved. Plus the fact the car wash is almost always closed. I most likely am just going to go somewhere else for car washes. - Reviews:Not a great experience from the workers at the cash counter and from the phone call that I made to the manager. I would say that there was a definite lack of customer service and lack of professionalism from the 2 ladies at the cashiers desk. I had called the manager concerning this and she was very argumentative and wasn’t open to the customer feedback. Needless to say I usually spend thousands in fuel through my businesses, mostly at this location, but just because of this experience I will be mentioning to my other business friends to take thier business elsewhere. I also wouldnt suggest for anyone to come here if they want a better experience at the cash counter. I hav used co op 30 years. travel from Portage La Prairie to Winnipeg 5 days a week I find the Co-Op gas doesn’t give the mileage that shell or tempo give the vehicle. I keep my car well maintained and filters changed regularly.But they still want the same price for gas At the end of the year the cashback isn’t worth the mileage you lose all year
This is my best gas station the arrentants at the “We Serve” are customers focus oriented . Also, making payments across the counter is easy and fast. Its not always busy.
Today, I went to the car wash, and $17 was paid, and the wash was very bad. When he asked to return the wash, the employee refused, and the treatment was bad
Long wait but all the service and price hs worth it
Just took my car through here for a wash and it did an absolutely TERRIBLE job! I didn’t get out to check before leaving (otherwise I would have complained to the employees who were working) and only noticed it once I had parked it. I ended up paying $13 for the wash and had to re-wash it myself afterwards just so it looked somewhat decent – a complete waste of money. I used to go here all the time and never had any issues, but I haven’t been here in a while and it looks like the side of their sprayers aren’t working, as anything below the roofline is not coming out clean. Based on the reviews it appears this has been an issue for a while and I will not be back. The clerk tried to sell me a 5-pack of car washes and I’m so glad I didn’t buy them!
