I spoke to him very nicely about my car wash issue but the response was horrible. He acted very rudely. If customer facing car wash issue they are responsible to gave rewash. If employee have problem to give carwash due to restrictions from manager they need to inform customer politely not in attitude way. After the employee gave the rework car wash pass he said to me to the rewash pass is valid only for half n hour. I don’t understand why he told lie, in the pass it clearly mentioned its for 24hr. The printers at the pumps haven’t worked in over a year, so even when you want to pay and go, you have to go inside to wait in line just to get your receipt. I have a season car wash pass and tend to use the touchless car wash and unfortunately this is the only one around the area. January 18th the wash was broken so went o inquire about it and normally they provide a free car wash. The lady at the counter refuse to provide one and stated it will be fixed and she will give me a call and so I provided my number. Didn’t receive any calls and so went there at night and it was still out of service. Informed the person at the counter and after taking my car plate number and all the information, he provides a free car wash. the following day it was broken as well. apparently the rewash they provided was valid for 24 hours. I went to the store today to explain and the lady at the counter called the manager over the phone and the manager who refused to provide her name told me she cannot give me a car wash and that when car wash is broken it is not their problem and they only provide rewash if the car is not clean. I explained that the car wash was broken but i guess it went to the deaf ears. so whose fault is it if the car wash is broken and customers who have season pass. Never experienced an issue like this. I still don’t know who the manager is, hopefully corporate can provide some answers. but horrible horrible experience. I was going to wash my car in there at 10 on the night, two workers told me something was wrong about the car wash, but they still sold the ticket to me. I could not wash the car, so I went in and talked to them, they told me the car wash was down and I could go to another location or wait for next day; and they refused to do the refund!! I was shocked about their rudeness!! HOW could those workers get hired to do the customer service?! Please do not fo there! Other locations are much better! I have been a costumer for over twenty years. My only frustration is this. They should paint arrows on the asphalt to show which way to enter when waiting to pump your gas. This would have to be my go to gas station.
Was a very busy place but service was great and quick. They also had the lowest gas prices in town.
