I have never had a problem here with any employee but this one. This particular employee always gives out wrong cigs. when asked to change he insisted that he was right in a very loud voice. Became abusive and physically threatening. Mind you there were customers waiting in line. He threatened me to come out of store and settle the score. I am a regular here and my monthly purchase is around $ 5000 from this store. They have lost me forever. - Reviews:review date: november 5, 2021 photo add-on: november 26, 2021 customer service dates: ongoing since 2007 this location is a 24-7 operation, which is a tremendous asset to have in my area and for being a shift worker. it’s nice to get gas at 4am after a shift and not have to deal with traffic both on the road and at the gas station. prices (which fluctuate based on the goings-on of the market) are pretty fair relative to other gas stations. staff overall are polite, although some of the worker’s english could be better. i do empathize to an extent that this is a somewhat dangerous job working st night in a sketchy neighborhood., however 1 star knocked off for the questionable at times english. a 1/2 star knocked off for paper receipts, which are a coin flip when you request a print job at the gas pump. another 1/2 star knocked off for their overpriced convenience store items. i understand it’s convenience and they need to make money, so i just hold off on snacks and windshield fluid and grab such at the grocery store when needed. i have observed bad reviews for lack of access to the washrooms for paying customers. i haven’t had an issue, however i try to perform my ablutions at home as much as possible. although i am comfortable using the gas station at night, i would recommend females to be with a friend and to use the gas station during the day when it’s more safer….some nutjob drug addicts are around the area at night. bottom line: i would use and recommend to others, to use this location if they happen to be in the area.By steven_igo_4uf (a year ago)Not very kind and not very attentive. My petro canada points have a balance an did not offer to help me. He instead raises his voice like he is a king telling me what to do. He told me to TAP the card and which I did, then he said “No SWIPE It” in a rude tone manner. I said, you kept telling me to TAP. He insisted and arrogantly told me you are not listening. And did not bother to help and just said “I DONT KNOW”. I want to remind you that we immigrant should respect the Canadian culture and human culture of respect. You are now in CANADA. Employee working name VANSH is not allowing to using washroom. I am always using esso gas station for gas and i came from all the way from Scarborough. He said washroom is close because he don’t wanted to give.
Its against circle k policy that its open 24 and i bought stuff from there and denied to using washroom.hope you guys trained your employee well and let them read all the policies.
Be aware of how much store clerk ask you to pay for your items. They may tell you the total which is higher than you need to pay for what you actually bought.
not impressed by closed washrooms after 10pm. Hope their plants enjoy a thorough “watering” by the customers who can’t hold it. taking two weeks to restock the Monsters aint cool either. The pioneer always has cheaper gas, and the other gas stations keep their Monsters in stock. Very little reason for me to pump here… I pump Esso everywhere, except Hamilton.
Had to fuel up in Steeltown, only reason I would ever stop here.
