I stopped my vehicle by the pump and tried to pay card at the pump. Doesn’t work. It says I need to see the cashier. Went there and asked also if I can use restroom. Of course it’s somewhat expensive, but through the years I have found this location to be among the best for rental car return. If you are coming here to fill the tank after never having bought gas in the SF area, the price shock will get you (my local $2.90 VS $4.99 here!), so don’t do that 🙂 Fill before heading to the airport, and then top up here. The reason for my review today is the kind and helpful service I received at this pump recently. I was returning my car early in the morning (5:15-ish), stepped out to pump, made the mistake of closing the door, and the car locked itself.There I was locked out without even a cell phone. The area does not appear to be as safe (or typical big city dark corner). The gentleman attendant here not only helped with making the right phone calls to get help, but also allowed me to come inside the store (which I believe they only do during daylight, not at night etc.). I pulled into the driveway to refuel and there were “Out of Order” signs all over the pumps. The attendee said it was “ok” as she removed the sign from Pump #1, but I had to pay inside. I went in and Pump #1 didn’t show on her screen; I did her a favor by re-posting her “Out of Order” sign on Pump #1 and moved to Pump #11. I inserted the credit card, punch in my PIN, and nothing worked. I re-inserted, this time it asked for a zip code, punched it in, and it finally worked. Not sure what all this was about but it smelled “fishy”. I got my receipt and will be changing my PIN.
If you’re looking for a place to buy fuel and use the restroom, don’t stop here. Their restrooms are closed to the public

Gas was cheapest in the area. Paid .35 additional to use debit card at the pump.
