I called and spoke with the Manager but he said he couldn’t or wouldn’t help because I didn’t have my receipt and wasn’t sure of the time so he could roll back the camera to see what happened. I do have the date of the transaction and it’s recorded on my account but that seemingly wasn’t enough information for the Manager to help with a refund. Be careful when using your cards at this location and remember to take your receipt, check it carefully and keep it just in case you need to provide it as proof at this location because they seem to be ok with overcharging their customers unless they have a receipt. - Reviews:if i could give less then one star i would, the management is rude unprofessional and laughs at you when you have an issue with their carwash services or any issues at all. i went through the car wash on nov 28th, 2022 to the wash not to come out clean the wash flooded all the senors in the hatch back area of the back of my truck, i was told the carwash didnt do anything to my vehicle and i know have no electrical automatic locks my rear windshield wiper no longer works either, i have a trunk open senor on as well airbag senor after exiting the carwash. i have been thought this location carwaah for 20 weeks since buying my vehicle. id never recommended this location i have had to send this issue higher and above to head office for how the lack of customer service and professionalism was not taken care of and i was told by manager Lee to call customer service to deal with the issue and he didnt have the answers, or information to help deal with damages.manager tried calling owner and still wasnt able to give any information on damages or how to help the damages other then a new carwash, i mentioned id never use the services of 151 mapleview petro canada ever again and advise other not too.By Shannon Bellar (5 months ago)this place is really convenient on the corner of Maple view and veterans Drive. Sometimes this one is a bit tricky and you do have to drive your car that extra foot or two before the car wash opening because their track doesn’t always seem to grab onto my tire properly and push me forward and i just end up sitting there. I ALWAYS shut it off before entering in the building and go into neutral. Have done this MANY times in the past. Today, it just pushed me through and no washing happened. When I approached the clerk he didnt even let me speak first and said “you drove through and you’re not getting a re-issued wash or a refund.” He wouldnt listen to my explanation as to how ive dealt with this in the past, he sarcastically commented on my experience with car washes, told me i broke the car wash (it worked just fine when I used it 3 mins later) and tried to ignore me by busying himself with other things when i pushed him to help me. After I became very impatient and another customer got involved he finally issued me a new car wash but then told the woman behind me who was standing up for me that he wasn’t serving her. I hope she calls the manager, because this was incredibly rude behaviour and apparently this is common at this location. Touchless car wash is most effective touchless wash I have been through. Usually some line to get in wash. Buy a 5 or 10 pack for best value.
Customer sevice is always friendly and helpful here.
They have air for tires and vacuums, as well as fuel and well stocked convience store.
Clean, smells good, and well lit.
Lots of pumps so I never wait. Car wash is usually good, though a few days ago we got the premium wash which should have included the triple foam, but it didn’t. Not sure if the machine had run out or if there’s a faulty connection
For the most part it’s almost always a pleasant experience here. Prices are normally cheaper than others in the area. I just wish they had a points system like Pioneer
Went through the car wash . My vehicle looks great after a premium wash. Worth the wait to get all the salt and brine off the undercarriage.
I would give you 5 stars but the amount of times the dryers are blowing and not moving is too damn high. Great wash for a touchless though
