  1. My dogs absolutely love the freedom to run, play and socialize. We’re there 5 or 6 times a week. The park is clean and well maintained, the dog owners are all respectful and friendly.

  2. Great park with a pretty decent sized area for large dogs. My two huskies love running around everywhere and meeting new dogs as well. They met quite a few new friends and will be coming here more often. Everyone I met was nice and there’s everything they really need which is just bags and water for em. Almost the whole area is shaded by large trees.

  3. For the most part, all the dog owners are good. The park seems well maintained and my dogs seem to love coming here. A while ago there weren’t any poop bags, but now they always have them, which is nice. I normally bring my own bags anyways, but in the event that I do forget, it’s nice to know that they have one. They do separate the park into a small/large dog area, which is also a plus.

  4. Dogs love, people love it. I think people actually love it more than the dogs. Lots of room for the big dogs to roam and play. Little dogs get their own large, secure area, plus the small dog people get their own large, cement table and benches in the shade. It’s well used! While the big dog area does not enjoy a large table, there are several benches to rest on. The park is well maintained and a good location with drinking water for people and their furry, four legged friends. Plus, doggie bags and safe receptacles. The bonus, it’s next to MID’s canal for a drink and a swim following a hard days play!

  5. I finally stopped there to check out the cleanup of “suspicious” liquid. It would have been nice if they had redone it instead of spreading bark in the spot they cleaned up. Not enough shade. Needs shade sail awnings at minimum. Then grass. Come on, Modesto, spend a little!

Huge lot perfect for dogs who love to run and socialize! Come summer time though there is little to no shade… There is only one little tree in the middle of the field hopefully it will grow to be a big shady tree! Also no water fountains for the doggies and people have donated their own bowls for everyone to use however I am skeptical with germs. I could see a lot of potential for this dog park like some agility course equipment would be nice, small pool, water fountains, benches/tables, etc. !

Great place to take your dog. The regulars are very knowledgeable about dogs. I suggest you research your breed before getting them. Or if rescued still do some research. You and your dog will enjoy the dogpark. Let’s them be dogs. If your alpha your dog will treat like one. Don’t bring any food, special toys, or dog snacks. Could start a fight. It’s much better and safer if you have your dog fixed.

Our first time taking our dogs to a dog park. They enjoyed it! This was a spacious save secure lot with multiple tennis balls, drinking bowls, jugs of water and chairs. Well taken care of as long as you clean up after your dogs. We’ll definitely be back 🐕‍🦺🐾🦴

It’s a nice decent size dog park. I like that they have a dog water fountain. And that it has 2 sides. One for big dogs and one for small dogs. I did put my big dog in the small dog side because the big dogs on the other side were barking at my dog and I didn’t feel like separating them if they fought. And also there was no one else in the small dog park side. Plus I also took my 2 small dogs. So it all worked out well.

Fenced park with sides for large vs smaller dogs. Grass is a huge plus. Only a bench for seating on each side so bring a chaur if you want to sit. Only 1 other dog when I visited in early afternoon but lots of dog owners who did not cleanup came before me so watch your step.

Great place for dogs to play with others in the community. The only downside is as usual people that go there and not the animals. The regulars are great and supportive but there’s too many punks who wanna let their pet be aggressive ect. while they sit with blank stares. March 2023 Update I no longer try to take my dog there because the grass is now mud and dog feces mixed into a nice slippery surface so, now any park will do.
