He was always available to answer any questions and took extra time to check in certain things I needed more information on including calling the prior owner to get more details on the maintenance. He was very friendly and non pushy which i really appreciated since I’m a female. He seemed very honest and sincerely wanted me to be happy with my new purchase. He really went out of his way to help us in the process. I realized this purchase was my 13th car purchase over the years and truly I think this was the easiest… lucky number 13!!! Even now, I know if I have any issues, Gentry will do his best to help out. Got my car July 28th and every issue I have had they have delth with and without hassle.
I’ve been seeing a lot of cars with Keokuk Auto CreditPlates on themThat have been on them for yearsThe same junkie cars why do you not have to register your car and drive around with keokuk auto Credit plate and not a real register plate if I was keokuk auto Credit I go around and take them back or call police it makes your company look bad and some of the cars are really crazy looking one car even glued a plastic plate to a metal one lol
They pick and choose who they want to finance too, don’t call you back, then tell you vehicle is either sold or needs work done with no ETA then magically sells. Wish Kenny had more to do with his own business.
