A great dealership to buy from, straight forward and no games. They offer great prices. I traded in my BMW for a Volvo XC90 and the transaction was painless, open and honest. They gave me an amazing trade in offer, well above any other dealership and their lot only has the finest cars. Marc F was our salesman and he took care of us and made everything easy. I had an issue with a key fob and Joe, the business manager took care of me without any questions. I will be back for my next car purchase.
We purchased our Hyundai Tucson from Mark Wilson’s last week and we had a phenomenal experience. Peter is a pleasure to deal with. We had a great buying experience at Mark Wilson’s. Their used car inventory is by far the best in the tri-city area! Really makes it a one stop shopping experience because they have so many makes and models to choose from. Joe Fonseca was our salesman and he was great to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and wants and helped us pick some vehicles to test out based on that. He was also very knowledgeable about the inventory and options available on the vehicles in stock. We really enjoyed the layed back approach and greatly appreciated that no one was pushing us to buy or to upgrade what we wanted. I was very impressed when we picked up our 2019 Ford Edge. We really feel like they went the extra mile to make us happy with our purchase (New tires and brakes all around, fixed a couple paint chips and extremely clean are just a few examples). I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here
Recently bought a 2017 Honda Civic. Joe was our sales rep. Had a great experience. Glad we went there as I really do love the civic. They were very helpful here and there was a lot of options to choose from. They were very helpful and patient. I was able to test drive a couple of cars before I found the one that was best suited for me. I recommend going here as the team is great and there is a wide selection of cars.
