  1. I was visiting from out of state and they were able to get me in for a needed oil change before I had to drive 600 to get home. The day of the appointment was snowing, but they got us in, performed everything quickly and got us back on our way. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommended.

  2. I was running late and called to see if I needed to reschedule and they were nice enough to still fit me in. Customer service was friendly and technicians were very nice and helpful. I brought my car in for a safety recall inspection and they were very straight forward and quick about things. They let me know my car needs to get the component replaced and were helpful in scheduling the next appointment. Overall great service for a last minute booking.

  3. First time using Zimbrick Nissan for service of my Rogue after recommendations from friends. They did not disappoint. Excellent service. Kody was great. I had an appointment for 60,000 mile service scheduled, then picked up a screw in my tire that couldn’t be patched (in sidewall). Since the tires were original, decided to replace all 4. (Their tire price was competitive.) They were able to move up my scheduled appointment and complete everything the next day. Also impressive: 1) After the inspection I was sent a video of the serviceman showing the car and identifying any issues (and non-issues). 2) I live outside of their shuttle service area so they ordered a complimentary Lyft for me. That’s above and beyond!

  4. Zimbrick was awesome. I went in with the need for a new key and they were also able to knock out a much needed oil change and a couple other problems. Very professional and helpful. Will be bringing my car here from now on.

  5. Very quick and easy to schedule. Very pleasant employees, the waiting room was very clean and had snacks and drinks which was nice. Great amount of Madison Magazines to look at and I really appreciated the car wash as well, I wasn’t expecting that. Overall very good experience!

The customer service was marvelous. They were kind and polite. I would like to see some of the equipment updated as other Nissan dealerships I have been in have equipment that automatically checks air pressure and alignment as soon as you pull in the shop. I only wanted a check on my alignment because I hit a pot hole, but I was told they don’t check alignments, they only do alignments. $$ Otherwise, $617.00 later, all is good.

The service department was second to none. They all worked as a team to make sure my car got in, got service and I got back on the road with a SAFE car. All the ROSEN KIA employees are very nice to work with. The prices are fair and the waiting room is always clean and well stocked with beverages while you wait for your car to have service. I was able to take advantage of their service where they took me home, I was able to wait for my car to be done and then they came and picked me back up and brought me back to the service station. Wonderful experience, thanks guys!! Job well done

Great service! We were greeted immediately upon arrival and my car was taken to the service bay right away. After about an hour we were told that there was a recall on my vehicle and it would take a little longer. Communication was good and I was very pleased with the whole process.

Didn’t realize they changed their policy to where an appointment is needed for an oil change. They serviced me anyway without an appointment. It was a longer than usual wait time, but that was to be expected. I appreciate all the courteous and helpful staff in the service department. I have been a customer with them for over 10 years now and have yet to have a bad experience! Kudos!

I was charged for a service that the cost wasn’t given to me by the technician. After being given the bill which I didn’t have the funds to cover I talked to the service manager. He went to the technician and verified I was not advised of the cost. He adjusted my bill to what I could afford to pay. I appreciate his help so much. This was a fair outcome.

My service advisor Erin Poulos was fantastic! She has a great customer service presence and knowledgeable. When I had significant problems with the work done to my car she immediately made it partially right by contacting her manager to have one of the problems taken care of with no cost to me. I was very happy with Erin

The techs that worked on my car….not so much!! I am extremely disappointed and question whether or not they are qualified to work on cars. Windshield wipers were installed, a scan of a check engine light was done and a mass airflow sensor was replaced and less than 12 hours from leaving the garage I was on a highway going 70 miles an hour during a winter weather advisory and it was snowing/raining/sleeting and my driver side wiper flew off. I could not see through my window and I almost caused an accident and because I was driving “blind” I was unable to safely get away from a semi that blew a tire. The result of that caused the debris from the semi tire hit the rim and bent it which punctured my tire. On top of that my check engine light came back on. The incident itself could have been a fatal disaster. And now after bringing the car back to fix the wipers and tire I find out a code was missed and am being told I have to replace the transmission. How did I got from my car looks great and just needs some upkeep maintenance and possibly new tires in the Spring to “you have a bad transmission and need it replaced?” The faulty transmission is a Nissan issue but the fact that it was missed is Russ Darrow problem.

I am very grateful to the Russ Darrow Nissan team for not just the repairs they performed but the above and beyond commitment to their customers that they have.

I specifically want to shout out Brittany, the service advisor, and Kenny, the technician, both of whom helped me get money back from a different dealership that did not tighten multiple lug nuts on my wheels causing damage to the vehicle and putting me at risk of an accident. Without them I would be out hundreds of dollars.

In terms of the quality of the repairs, all issues were quickly resolved and they washed the outside of my vehicle.

After my experience Brittany, Kenny, and the rest of the very friendly team, I will be coming to Russ Darrow for future service and likely my next vehicle, despite it not being very close to where I currently live.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years.

I like the service I get as well as them knowing the history of my car however, I do have a concern. If I come to this shop on a regular basis I am perplexed that at this last visit I just found out that my brakes and battery are in the red zone.

I never knew this before otherwise I would have taken the necessary steps to arrange for repairs.

It should be discussed with the customers on the back of the service invoice regarding additional repairs needed. Either I missed this from previous visits or my brakes and battery were never checked before.

That was my only concern referring my most recent visit.

    Regards,

An inconvenience turned into a good experience with Russ Darrow Nissan Milwaukee. During my regular oil change and tire rotation, one of the techs that was driving my car to its parking spot had popped a tire due debris from construction. They notified me and replaced my tire. I then called and asked for an additional tire free of charge since it is better for the vehicle to change tires in pairs or all 4—and there was no questions asked and accommodated that request immediately. I was given a very nice, brand new, rental vehicle for the weekend until they could obtain an additional tire. I didn’t need to bring the rental back full of gas or anything due to the inconvenience. This situation was handled very well as they took responsibility, were professional, and understood the inconvenience of it all. I’m sure after this incidence they will be sure to keep the lots clear of metal so this does not happen to anyone else. Again, very pleased with service here. Thank you!

The appointment took a little longer than expected, but the service representative, Charles, was friendly and attentive. I received a text message shortly after the work began and I was able to message the service team for updates while I was waiting. The show room was clean and quiet with lots of options for seating and snacks. Highly recommend!
