This review is very late because of a series of unfortunate events, but I had to get it done! Dare I say I felt comfortable and didn’t have to worry that I was being tricked or over charged? Yes! My experience here was pleasant even though car issues and maintenance cause me to feel anxious. I worked with April and she had compassion during every step of the process. I felt that she was concerned for my safety and well being. When I freaked out thinking something was still wrong after the repair, she rode with me to assess the vehicle. The customers that were waiting with me were all given frequent updates about their vehicles and all questions seemed welcome and received thorough and timely answers. At no time did it seem that any of the employees were bothered, or overworked even though the place was booked and busy. If possible I plan to take my vehicle their for any future issues. The management here does read the reviews and theu take customer service very seriously. Brought car in @ 9:30 AM for 36 month checkup: use months because car has about 4600 miles. Car handler met me; took my request for service and told me the service would take approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours depending on what was found by inspections. Waited in the waiting room and had two cups of good coffee. Car handler found me after approximately one hour and told me my car was ready and no issues were found. My experience was pretty good. The back seat belts in my Rogue needed go be replaced due to a recall. This was done in a timely manner considering the parts had to be ordered. My only complaint was that my car was not washed as promised by the maintenance team. My Rogue was returned dirtier than when I dropped it off.
My service experience started with good customer service. The person that assisted me was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in great detail. He was just as courteous when he told me my vehicle was complete.
Fantastic service from my sales rep, Renee Romandine. She was able to answer all of my questions about the Nissan Pathfinder. She is the primary reason I opted to buy my Pathfinder. I was really impress with her knowledge and customer service. I am so happy with my purchase.
Had an oil leak and brought my Pathfinder in to find out where the leak was. Attendant / service associate was very friendly and was able to determine what the issue was while I waited. End result was, Oil leak fixed, 2 new tires and factory recall on hood latch were completed in less than 2 hours. Left the dealership feeling very good about the service and support.
Ric was very friendly and knowledgeable. With all the hype about cars being hard to find and prices being sky high he found exactly what I was looking for and it was in my price range. The process was much easier and enjoyable than I expected.
