When I bought the car the sales rep, Mike, told me I had free oil changes and maintenance for the first year. When I scheduled the appointment I made sure to note this in the notes section and asked them to contact me if this was not the case. When I arrived to have my oil changed the tech, Greg, said he knew nothing about that and asked if I had purchased a maintenance plan. I told him that I had not. He said he would need to follow-up with Mike. The actual oil change was a pleasant experience and I was not charged while they continued to look into it.
