The service department was excellent as well when I had to pick up my license plate and registration. I accidently come earlier at 9:15am before the showroom open (Sales open at 10am). Jorge was kind enough to pull the cashier from service to pick up my plate inside the sales room and install them for me.

Robert is an incredible service advisor. I bring all my cars to him. This was an express service with no delays. Excellent job by the whole staff. The cashier was courteous and polite. Efficient.
We had an issue with trailer light hook up not working and were in the process of picking up a trailer from the RV dealer. We took it Turnersville Nissan and explained the problem, within 30 minutes they had it fixed. We have been a loyal Nissan customer since 1983 and without a doubt this is the best Nissan service center I have ever dealt with. My sincere gratitude and thanks to Franklin and Vic for their professionalism and Quick response. It saved us from having tuff day. I am so impressed with the service I would drive the hour and half to have my vehicle worked on.
Warranty work on brand new 2023 frontier, car wasn’t even at 500 miles yet and needed sway bar links someone didn’t tighten those nuts! A free hoodie would have been nice for the inconvenience never called to tell me my tags where in as well, almost 4 weeks into having this truck and the serpentine belt pops off and all they have told me was call Corporate, they did fix the issue but didn’t clean the truck or fill the tank where is the customer service I will not be back here again I did not buy a new truck to miss work cause of the truck failing 😑
Just wanted to give a 5 star review for the exceptional customer service I received yesterday, despite my bad attitude ( I was a little Frustrated, waited for a few mins for the service door to open and for whatever reason it didn’t, first world problems) Ryan provided wonderful customer service and was very kind and courteous. I also bought my car from here last year and Carmen was an excellent salesman. Very accommodating and understanding. I’m sorry for my bad attitude and thank you for your kindness and understanding.
Turnersville Nissan always does a good job… They charge a little more than the average mechanic but you get someone who is totally used to working on a Nissan and familiar with all the issues.
The car was clean when returned to me, and the service provider was very friendly and very informative.
They did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need. I felt like they were honest and did a good job.
