He updated me along the way with each thing that happened, explained it in a way I could follow, and the steps they were going to take to ensure they fixed the issue. They persisted and got the job done. Price was more than original quote because of the challenges my car threw at them led to more labor hours and an additional part, which Freddy explained to me. Price was still reasonable and I think I would have paid much more had I gone somewhere else. I felt they were very honest, professional, and fair priced. Appreciate you guys!

Probably got about 30,000 more miles to go before I need brakes.
In my opinion, other shops like Firestone or Goodyear would have raked me over the coals and insisted that I pay for an expensive unnecessary brake repair.
I highly recommend Freeman’s Auto Service, and I definitely will utilize them again, and again.

The mechanics we’re knowledgeable and I was kept in the loop throughout the day. Felt like I got an honest opinion of what needed to be done. Service was reasonably/competitively priced.I’ll be coming back for future work for sure.

While stopping overnight in an RV park my alternator went out. They were prompt and towed my car in for repairs and I was able to get the car back within 30 hrs. They replaced my water pump that bit the dust due to a coolant leak on my Y hose that I already knew about but didn’t have time to fix it due to work so I had been feeding it water. Long story short they helped me with the tow ,took me to my hotel, I took it in the next morning due to the closeness and convenience of the shop to i20 and my hotel. They fixed all my issues along with a couple other things in the process and dropped me off at a hotel for a few hours due to the extent of the work needed and then came and picked me up when done. Oh yea, after paying very fair rates for labor and parts I was on my way back north 3.45 hours to Little Rock and my truck ran smoother than before obviously but they also greased some bushings I know for facts because now they longer squeak !! I had a very bad experience with European Auto Repair in Madison. Two weeks ago they replaced a part on my front bumper. At some point the part came off. The owner asked did I hit something and I replied ”no”. He responded by saying, “I don’t believe that. They don’t just come off.” I asked was he calling me a liar and he responded that he wasn’t calling me a liar, he reiterated “I just don’t believe it.” Since replacing the part, I have been very careful when parking and I have not hit anything. He continued to double down by asking did I see it come off. I said no. His response was, “so how do you know you didn’t hit anything?” When diagnosing the car he suggested that I received another bad part. This is consistent with my point. In short, he declined to replace the part. My wife has spent thousands of dollars with them in the past. I spent $1,000 on my last visit. I do not recommend their service. They do not stand by their work.
At European Automotive they are personable, helpful, accommodative, and just all around good people to do business with! I trust very few places with my VW Beetle, and these guys are at the very top. They know what they are doing and will get you in and out fast for cheaper than any dealer. Highly highly recommend!
What a great group of guys. They are honest, hard working, and really know these european cars. I have a 2011 BMW 328i and I’ve had 4 different repairs done on it with these guys and they’ve always given me a fair price and gotten the job done quickly. I enjoy walking in their and talking to John! He tells me whats up and never holds back. Connor’s also super helpful, and will tell you his honest opinion. And the techs are super good and down to earth. Chris spent a lot of time on my car and he did a great job! There’s even a shop dog, who will come say hi to you if you’re lucky. Its nice to have these guys in my corner. I know they’ve got my back and will always do their best to help me 🙂
I was tired of driving to the Mini dealership in Tennessee to have work done on my Mini. I found out about this place so when my brake lights came on in my Mini I called European Automotive. They were friendly and did my brakes fast and efficiently. Highly recommended if you have a European or Mini car that needs work done on it.
Great customer service, and the compressor they replaced for me still work.
So I went back again and I was given an estimate to change a condenser. I had a hunch as the excuse I was given for a malfunction compressor was a rock stuck in it.
So I decided to get a second opinion from a competitor.
Which turns out to be an unplugged wire next to the compressor.
This place would have charged me 3X as much, even though I paid $200 for a full diagnostic service.
