HORRIBLE service!!!!! When I went to pick up my newly bought Nissan I was told the car would not pass emissions. They said it was because the battery was disconnected and the car would need to be driven for awhile before it would pass emissions and I should come back after driving it 3-4 days. I went back and after waiting 2 hours car still did not pass emissions. Was told I needed to drive it more and come back again. Was told service would call me for an appointment. Never received a call. So I went back on my own and after waiting another 2 hours it still did not pass. Was told they think they found the problem and I needed to drive the car more and come back once again. After the 4th time was told they still did not know why it would not pass and they gave me a rental car. The rental car was dirty inside. Finally they figured out it was a bad O2 sensor. When I picked up my car I was told they drove it for 75 miles with no issues. My car was given back with the exterior dirty which it was not when dropped off and with the gas light on. I was made to fill the tank of the rental yet they did not put fuel in my car for the gas they used. Highly recommend!!By Christy Mayne (a year ago)I was having engine trouble one morning so I called the service center asking them how to go about getting my car towed to them as I had extended warranty that I thought would cover this issue. They gave me the number to a tow service they used and my car was towed in. They called me back that afternoon stating it was my battery. I advised that I didn’t think it was just the battery and asked that additional testing be done on my car. They said that was no problem and they’ll call me back. I got a call back an hour later stating my battery was being put in and I can come get my car. I asked if additional testing was done and the rep said no it doesn’t need it. Again, I explained that I would like additional testing done and I was told no and to come get my car.
When getting my car I talked with a different rep and expressed my concerns. He then told me that if I want my extended coverage to cover my tow, I needed to call a different number to ask for the tow. Advised that I called the number I was given by the Nissan rep after telling them I had this warranty. Then I got my receipt back and under the complaint it stated a completely different problem than what I had explained which makes sense as to why they were only worried about the battery.

My experience with Molly and the team, was excellent. From the first call, to schedule the appointment she was very helpful, and helped me to get a loaner car while the service was being performed.
I was given an estimate of up to 3 days for the service to be completed. The next day, Molly called to let me know my rogue would be ready for pick up by the end of the day. A loud noise suddenly started while I was on my way into Boston. I didn’t think it was smart to keep driving so I immediately drove to Coastal Nissan. It was mid-afternoon and I obviously had no appointment but George was fabulous in fitting me in for a diagnostic. Ed was the mechanic and diagnosed the problem and they were able to make an appointment for the following day to repair the issue. They were wonderful to work with and got me back on the road quickly and safely. Thanks George and Ed!!
I’m a Nissan Rogue owner. I originally went in for a safety recall and was informed that my vehicle needed expensive repairs in order to pass inspection the next month. This was highly inconvenient for me at the time, but I paid for the repairs and they ended up discounting the final price for me, which they didn’t have to do. About 6 weeks later I returned to get my brakes replaced because I trusted the professional service from the department. Billy from sales is also a cool guy. Waiting for the repairs was easy, waiting area was comfortable and they let me watch their Prime TV account (just ask for the pin). Would absolutely return here.
