Took my tire in to be fixed. Service advisor Greg greeted me as I clearly looked lost rolling a tire in the building. He got me set up to get my tire repaired and had it ready in a jiffy. He let me know when it was ready. I asked if I could put it on inside out of the rain and guess what he had it put on for me complimentary. Ben took care of getting me check out and was very nice and explained to me the “car wash”. He made sure I knew exactly where it was. I took my new Kia to fix the seat that was de tend when vehicle was purchased and when they installed it they messed up my entertainment system in the corner and when I told them all they did was push it back in and it’s still comes out. Today I have an oil change and asked about tire rotations and they said it’s $20 extra when they have a coupon online that it was included. Clearly no one wants to be helpful here. After a four hour wait I got a 10 page estimate of everything it looks like the tech could find that was “wrong”. Car was just inspected so half of that was questionable .
But when I asked about what I originally came for and where was a detailed report, the representative keeping pushing you just need a transmission.
Meanwhile I’m still asking for a detailed report like I got from another dealer on another car and the rep turns the paper over to show me handwritten “notes” from the tech.
So I guess he didn’t fully “inspect” my vehicle just plugged in the code reader which I could have done myself and kept my $149

My appt was for oil change and tire rotation.. after an hour and 45 mins the rep called to say that my tires couldn’t be rotated without having the nuts stripped, which I decided not to have done because I’m assuming that would’ve taken an extra hour or so. Basically I waited 2 hours JUST to get an oil change. Regardless, the staff was nice. They did what they could🤷🏾By De’zha Newsome (6 months ago)Yea I won’t be back. I took a Nissan survey based on my visit and was truthful. The service advisor was stellar, but the Nissan survey didn’t ask adequate questions that reflect the advisor. The questions were more geared to the service of the car. Got a call from a less than cozy person who questioned my survey responses. When I told her that the response was not about the person she kept saying “ that’s not how Nissan sees it”. No matter how they see it, I answered the survey honestly based on my vehicle service, not the advisor. Her tone wasn’t nice at all and I’d be concerned to take my car back due to her tone alone. They have always treated me well. Service has been great. I haven’t had great luck with dealers but Bayside has been good overall. Bought 2 vehicles from them and do my service there. They have earned my trust and respect. I feel in general they are fair and real with me. Other dealers aren’t quite like that in the area. Worth trying.
The service department is excellent! They keep their appointments on time and advise what’s required as soon as they can. Very accommodating and they make sure you are comfortable and can relax if you are waiting for your car.
I had service done on my car for the second time since moving to the area. The service rep, Kaitlynne Carter, was excellent. She went above and beyond her resonsibilites to make sure I was completely satisfied with my service. If anyone wants great service on their Nissan cars in the Annapolis area, I highly recommend asking for Ms. Carter.
Walked in looking for a 4X4 suv and the first thing they showed me was an all wheel Lexus. They clearly didn’t listen and could not have cared less to make the sale. I bet the service department hold the same standard. It’s to bad cuz I love Nissan vehicles.
I have been going to Annapolis Bayside Nissan Service for eight years, and have experienced consistent, transparent and helpful service from their entire staff. My Nissan just hit 200K miles, and I sense that the maintenance I’ve had with Bayside Service has been key to my car’s longevity since 2014. They thoroughly service the car, communicate options when issues arrive, and remain professional when I have further questions. Zeek especially has been wonderful. We would consider buying another Nissan given this service center.
