I watched a gentleman and it took him well over an hour to complete these two tasks. I could do it myself in about 35 to 45 minutes and have done it in the past. I was very upset with the way he worked, and I watched him the whole time he was slow and acted like he had no clue what he was doing. It looked to me like he was done and I was he was taking my car and backing it out. He realized he forgot to latch the plastic cover underneath the oil pan and had to pull my car back up, put it back on the rack, raise it up and replace the plastic fittings when I got home all of the tires and oil all over them, and he had laid them upside down with the chrome on the concrete and scratch some of the chrome in addition, somehow he got this oil and grease all over the wheels and I had to clean each one with real cleaner and then take to the car wash. This gentleman had no clue what he was doing and it would be my advice to find someone that does. It is not difficult to do an oil change and tire rotation. Replaced rear brake Caliper. Replaced a wheel stud that was broken. I liked the fact that they drove my car at first and then put it up on racks and showed me what all needed fixed. I had a terrible noise and they replaced Ball Joints and no noise now. They went right to the source and didn’t guess and fix several other parts that didn’t need fixed. Cole Nissan was able to find an issue with an Altima I had sadly purchased at another dealership. They were very professional and kind during my visit. Couldn’t ask for any better treatment. Thanks to them hopefully my unsafe vehicle from the other dealership will be bought back and I will definitely purchase any vehicle I need in the future from them. Nobody else!
I arrived for my appointment right at 9am and I was greeted with a smile when I got there. Gave the gentleman behind the counter my name, I handed him my keys and my vehicle was finished within 20 minutes. I have never been served that fast. I will definitely recommend the Nissan service department to everyone!
The salesman, Tanner, was very professional and courteous. He made us feel like a priority, listened to our requests, and was very patient until we found the right vehicle. The four star rating instead of five is because the vehicle wasn’t free lol.
Very friendly and didn’t try to pressure me to buy something on their lot. They went 3 hours away and got the car I wanted and even delivered it. Would recommend them over other dealerships. Lifetime power train warranty at no cost to me.
They advertised 55.95 oil change then added labor after service cost me 93.00 dollars for oil change on a frontier. With I bought from them new . Also bought a couple of accessories and they charged me full retail for doing business with them . Won’t be going back very dissatisfied
