SHOULD HAVE GONE THERE FORST!! Would have paid much less in the long run and not jeopardized my car. Eric was very thorough and PATIENT to isolate and identify issues. The customer service was great and friendly. The pricing was reasonable and the shop even took my vehicle to pass emissions knowing I needed it done this month for tag renewal. I found McCullough Auto Care by accident, They determined that my oil was low and they would be happy to provide the needed service. They even offered to drive me to work. Their customer service is impeccable. They called me at work, explained what they did and even noticed I had a nail in my rear tire and fixed it at no additional charge. When I picked up my car after work, they explained everything. The bill was very reasonable. I plan to use them in the future for all my auto maintenance needs instead of my car dealership which is where I had been going. Now days, you rarely find this kind of quality customer service. This place is amazing. While I have only been here twice, they were both outstanding visits. They were extremely nice and had great attitudes.
I initially contacted them about adding air to my tires because I was panicking when the cold weather hit and my pressures all dropped below 30. They added air to all 4 of my tires and made sure they had enough in them at no charge and in less than 10 minutes.
I was so impressed I scheduled an oil change. They were able to get me in very quickly. And even though I overslept that morning, they were still able to get me in on my scheduled date with no attitude or annoyance. They made me feel very comfortable and like my business was valued!
They even checked up on my vehicle to ensure everything was going well the next day after service! Top grade, next level service provided! 😊 Thanks so much Anthem!

Chris gave me the model number for my Honda. I ordered them online for under $70. They were installed in minutes and it was the first time in 30 years that I left a repair shop without paying $100 or more. PLUS I now have headlights that rival those on airplanes.The customer service area was immaculate. While waiting, I overheard customer conversations with the service staff. The atmosphere was welcoming, friendly and professional.
I’ll be back in a month for a radiator flush and oil changes. Thank you Anthem Automotive for restoring trust for those of us who can’t change a light bulb!

I was able to take my car in the next day, unlike the 5 week lead time at the dealership repair ctr. As a female, I never felt like they were going to find everything wrong with my car and take advantage of me. Fory was a nice as he could be, and I felt I was in great hands. They were amazing! I took my car I’m for transmission issues. They informed me it would be a $4100 replacement and instead of pushing me to do it They were very honest and told me it wasn’t worth it. The manager Kevin offered to check out the used cars I brought him roll the cost of my last visit over. Very honest made me feel like the really cared about my situation! 5/5 I’ll tell everyone I know about these guys.
I have been to so many places that try to up sell me on things I don’t need. This was a completely different experience. From the moment I walked in, I was treated respectfully. The manager told me that is not the Service Street way and he wasn’t kidding. It was quick and efficient. Everyone was friendly and they only gave me what I needed. This is now the only place I will go for any of my car needs.
The staff was friendly, thorough, and communicative! I appreciated their genuine concern for the “state” of my vehicle and the expedient nature in which they handled the business of diagnosing my vehicle. Given the kind and professional nature of the staff here, I would highly recommend this establishment! They are honest and provide excellent service.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Reese and team went WAY above and beyond to help me purchase and install a new tire since mine had blown out the night before. The team was quick, efficient and friendly and they were able to fit me the same day. They completely exceeded all my expectations and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them for your car needs and I will definitely be back for future repairs/service.
After a repair at the end of the pandemic there was still a vibration in my steering, so Scott and his team went above and beyond to get everything running smoothly. The parts AND the labor were covered under the warranty. They got my minivan up and running smoothly in the same day. And they did my oil change for less than the old place I was going. I’m pleased with the work and will be going back.
