I took my car in due to excessive road noise. Also, I needed a tune-up & oil change. Every person that I came into contact was extremely professional and knowledgeable. William, the Service Manager, was extremely professional along with very courteous at all times. Pete’s service clearly explained what needed to done, why it needed to done with complete explanations supplied in email and text containing a link to the report. They provided pictures along with the explanations. Including valve cover gasket & reseal breather covers, spark plugs & ignition coils (car is at 111k with OE), pneumatic pressure line replacement. Front wheel bearings repacked, transmission fluid service.

TAKE YOUR CAR LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.Check engine light came on in my car and my usual mechanics couldn’t get to it for a couple weeks so I took it to Pete’s. It was a Friday and I was told they’d do a diagnostic and get back to me. After hearing nothing back for days I called back on the following Wednesday and they finally sent me the form showing the work that was done. There were dates that showed when the inspection was done and it was done on the first day I took it in! Then they just held it for 5 more days. Moreover, they followed their usual business model of recommending $4500 of repairs I didn’t need when all I needed done was a new small part that cost $300. Anyways, I once again hear nothing from them until I call the following Monday, and of course the car will be done within the next two hours!
Within an hour of picking my car up, the check engine light was back on and my car was making a new noise it wasn’t making before I brought it in. The positive reviews you see are likely all fake. If you read them they all look like they were written by the same person and they all mention “Brett,” who I never came across in my many phone calls but I will say is a great name for a made up mechanic.
I called my usual mechanic afterwards and when I said I had taken it to Pete’s I could hear the disappointment in his voice and said I would’ve been better off taking my car literally anywhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Tl;dr Pete’s kept my car for 10 days to do a diagnostic and a 2 hour repair and the problem was worse when I got the car back.
DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID!!!! AVOID PETES AT ALL COSTS!!!

I dropped off my work truck for – what I hoped would be – a simple solution to non-start problem. It quickly became apparent that my repair was going to be major job costing thousands of dollars.
When you walk in the front door you know that this is not going to be a typical auto shop experience. You are enthusiastically greeted and know that you are in good hands.
I am so glad that these folks had my truck. Due to the escalation of my engine problems and major supply problems this job took nearly month. that being said – these folks communicated with me nearly every day. I have over 50 photos of diagnosed problems and the repairs. There were absolutely no surprises (beyond the scope of the project).
I told them what my budget was and they stuck to it. I am sure that they performed a few additional repairs beyond my budget, but they stuck to it.
The work wasn’t cheap, but the peace of mind and the final result were worth every dime.

We dropped my daughter’s car off on Tuesday afternoon to be evaluated on Wednesday, and I was informed about their progress throughout the day on Wednesday. Cost around 600$ for one bearing, so very steep price. First time I was told it was ready to go they forgot to install a sensor so my abs light came on. They installed the part and I went to pick it up, abs light still on(faulty part). Went back a third time to pick up my car and still abs light on. So had to wait over the weekend but their customers service was very good and they gave me a loaner car for the weekend no charge. I went back on Monday and finally they had installed a good part and I got to leave with my car. So they could definitely do with more checks after installation of parts and not forgetting whole parts would be nice. Overall experience wasn’t bad but since I had to go back three times to find my car still not fixed I can’t give anything more than a 3 star, I wanted to give it only 2 stars but their customer service was amazing and that helped a lot.By nate burdine (2 weeks ago)I originally came in for the free brake inspection. Dear Hubler Nissan,
I strongly dislike you. I have not one good thing to say about you. The last 9 months from purchasing my 2022 Frontier has been extremely unpleasant. From it taking almost 2 months for the dealership to pay off my previous loan on my trade-in, (in which wrecked my credit score), to the loose bolts and bracket that holds the radiator. I’ve already been in twice just for recalls. The newest issue is now my passenger window won’t go down. The timeline for that part to arrive is unknown. I still have to return to complete a previous recall whenever that part arrives. Again, ETA unknown. Unfortunately I will have to revisit multiple times to complete these issues. Again, I’ve had my truck only 9 months. If I can get a smile from atleast one of the employees during all of this, it may make thing a little more pleasant. But no one has ever been overly friendly with me. Actually the little white dog running around has had the best attitude thus far. Thanks for the free car wash I guess.
Traded in a slightly used vehicle for the purchase of a brand new Pathfinder. Your new cars did not have the dealer markup like others that we looked at. The trade value was also much higher at Hubler and the Sales staff and finance manager were great to work with. Great and easy car purchase.
