  1. Brought in my car (2011 BMW 328i) for a 4-wheel alignment, which took maybe a little over half an hour to complete, which was great! However. afterwards the steering wheel was off center though, biased to the left, so I brought it back in to have that corrected. They were happy to assist and after the second attempt told me everything looked good to them now. It was maybe a slight bit better, but still biased to the left enough to be annoying. Everyone here was friendly and seemed very professional, but I’ve never been able to get a perfectly straight steering wheel post-alignment no matter the car or alignment shop. At least the car feels on rails at highway speeds again.

  2. Bought my ‘13 JX35 from Nalley Infiniti of Marietta in early 2018. Six months later the transmission went out and I was over my warranty due to miles acquired doing ride share. 2013 Pathfinders, Infiniti JX35 and I think the Q60 have CVT transmissions issues. After doing extensive research I found out that these models are problematic. Long story short the dealership quoted me like 8k AND it was “on back order”. Brought my car here and paid less for the work and got A1 service, the only thing they’re missing is a loaner vehicle(s). I had a small “issue”with the work that was done (undercarriage plastic wasn’t put back on, better AC charge) so I called and now I’m here getting it taken care of with no issues. Here you pay for dealership quality so if you’re looking for a cheap quick fix, go somewhere else. Nick is very polite and John is also polite and straight forward. I don’t regret spending here

  3. Read the great reviews and they were on point. Brian at the front desk and Nick the service manager are both great at their jobs. They diagnosed and repaired my mother-in-law vehicle at a very fair price. Give them a call, you will NOT be disappointed.

  4. I went in today for a visit after a recommendation from a friend that used to use them. They were able to get me a same day appointment. Before I arrived to the facility for my appointment, the person that I spoke to over the phone had already did some verbal troubleshooting, and told me what the problem might me. Once I arrived and my car was assessed, sure enough, it was a simple fix, which was a BIG relief to me.

Everyone that I spoke to was super knowledgeable, and super nice. I will DEFINITELY be back for my future car care needs!!!!

  5. Overall experience was great! A shout out to Service Manager Nick Zeman and Technician Lee Hoofnagle for providing excellent service. Both individuals answered all my questions thoroughly, professionally, and to my satisfaction. Both the problem and the job were diagnosed and completed quickly. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Highly recommend!!! Great customer service and professional service. We have been utilizing Autohaus Social since November of 2019. I recently brought my 2012 VW Golf R to Autohaus Social for an inspection and some routine maintenance. They completed an oil change and inspected my brakes. Brakes were fine; however they provided several different pad and rotor options for my next major brake service. They keep you updated with the status of your car through a very convenient online portal. Previously they took great care of my 2008 BMW M3. I don’t trust many people with my cars, but I do trust Autohaus Social.

Brought my 911 GT3 to Autohaus Social for an inspection and some routine maintenance. I’m happy that I finally came here. Not only are they in town and close for me, they were able to squeeze me in ahead of schedule. Nash, the owner, along with his team Joseph and Tristan were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and new with all the latest. Waiting area was also very nice and even tempting for me to just wait on site despite living in the area! Thanks again! Will be bringing the BMW next!

The ENTIRE team at Autohaus Social were a great pleasure to deal with. In an effort to be ready for mountain driving, I had them do an overall inspection and mount/road force balance new tires. I could not be happier with the experience, the service, or the confidence the car inspired. It instilled a great deal of confidence by having professionals do tire work, rather than a run-of-the-mill wheel shop that can have a one track mind. If you need work on a German auto, there isn’t a better option in the metro Atlanta area – IMO!!!

Autohaus Social performs all service and maintenance on my 2013 Golf R and 2018 Audi RS3. They are subject matter experts who are as meticulous as I am. They treat my vehicles as if they were the owners; no issues glossed over.

Autohaus Social has an incredibly straight forward and convenient web-based text / messaging system which keeps the customer informed of upcoming appointments, progress, concerns, and completion status. With each suggested maintenance / repair item the customer can approve or deny based on their needs / abilities.

I trust the Autohaus team with my cars and don’t see myself going to anyone else! My cars have never run better!

Great find. They could get me in for pretty major repairs (Audi water pump issue and cam shaft seal) quicker than anyone else in town. Excellent customer service and communication both in person and through the app. Got an estimate within an hour of dropping off, and major work done, including ordering parts, in 3 days.

I usually don’t do reviews, but this really hurts.. I had a bad experience with the person that received me. I am not too sure what his position was. As a customer, I believe I have the right to ask questions that seems not clear to me. These were my question:

    1. Is the diagnostic fee taken out from my main payment if I decide to fix my car with them?
    2. How long will it take for me to get the diagnostic results ?

    His answer1:
The diagnostic result does not go into the main payment even if I decide to fix it with them

    His answer 2:
    I am not certain

    My response to answer 1:
that is not what I am use to. A lot of autoshop usually take this off when one decides to fix their car with them

    My response to answer 2:
i would really like to know so i can properly plan my schedule or see if I can wait

    His answer 3:
‘there are other shops around you can go to. I advise you take uber Home’

At this point I have already given him my car keys. I was surprised with his response. He was actually telling me to leave.

    My response:
sir, I think that is my decision to make if I want to wait or leave, nevertheless you don’t know where I am coming from

    His answer 4:
Sir please leave I dont want to fix your car

I felt stereotyped and disappointed. I was not sure where that came from. I had come to this place based on the reviews, maybe my case was different for whatever reason. I wished I had a different experience and was given the chance to review based on the quality of service.

Fortunately for me, I was able to get a better service elsewhere, quick diagnostics(3hrs), and a quality service. I won’t mention the vendors name because I am not out to spoil Braxton auto business. I just want them to learn from my experience to better serve other people irrespective of thier looks, race, etc……

Personally I know I wont step foot there again and I am sure they don’t want me to.

This is just my honest review

I brought my 5-year Honda Odyssey to Braxton for a 30K maintenance, as well as to check out a potential battery issue and whether I needed to change my tires. I was very impressed with the customer service and the level of care they demonstrated. When not able to identify a battery issue right away, they suggested (with my permission) to go on a 20-min drive to try to replicate my battery-related challenges. None were found, putting my mind at ease.

When it came to the tires, they also gave me the facts, that the tires were 4/32 and 5/32 inches, definitely not new-ish (which would be more like 9/32 or 10/32 inches) but also not bald (2/32 inches), and did not try to hard sell me but allowed me to make up my own mind. I eventually decided to replace my tires as I anticipated using my car in snow / icy conditions in the near future. They were also willing to match Costco’s prices on the tires (close to $200 difference) after I was able to prove that differential existed online.

All aspects of the service were clearly itemized, and the prices were more than fair. Definitely recommend (and also arm yourself with price-matching tools as they are flexible on this front).

I was referred here by my previous mechanic. I called the day of needing an appointment and they were able to not only get me in but start on my car shortly after arriving. They had great customer service. Definitely a stand up auto shop. This will be my new auto shop for my Lexus. ♥️

Gil is the most trustworthy and skilled auto mechanic I’ve met!!! He’s awesome! Won’t try to sell you services you don’t need. I highly recommend coming here for your car needs!!! Very comfortable chairs in the waiting room too!

What can you say? At the intersection of professionalism and service excellence sits Braxton Automotive. Gil took care of us from the beginning to the end. They provided a detailed text message link for everything that needed to be serviced. With each detail was an estimate of cost. Bottom line is that I really enjoyed this interaction.
