They are honest. They do good work. I have taken vehicles to them that they could have easily upsold me work on. They instead chose to be honest and give me all of the options and what they recommended was not the most expensive option. This has happened multiple times. I went in for oil change and engine diagnostics. They were done within 8 hours which is spectacular from where I sit. Also, they found and recommended a repair for the issues I described. I also really enjoy the text notifications and updates.
I was not satisfied with the entire process. It was apparent that the service department did not read my notes when I made the reservation online. I understand that it is through the parent company’s system; however, the link between the online system should be transferred and read by the local dealership service. I had also written about possibly purchasing specific winter tires and installing them on my vehicle, there was no follow-up or confirmation by the local dealership but an automated reminder for my appointment. I was not provided with a quote at all until I dropped off my vehicle for the service at 7:30 AM. I had also stated specifically to have the sturdy wires used for the engine block heater which is another clear illustration that my notes were not read by the local service department. I had also asked how long it would take and I was given an estimate that it would take 4 to 5 hours. I called close to 1 PM to get a status update and was told that the advisor would get back to me. I called back at 3 PM and was given the same response. I did not hear from the advisor at all. I finally got a call at 4:30 PM and was finally informed that my vehicle was ready for pick up.
After having a warranted spark plug replacement i was heading out of town and upon attempting to restart after a business visit my engine had zero power. I knew the battery was charged and the connections were good, nothing. It was around 20 degrees outside. I called the dealership and spoke to Chris in service explaining i was stranded and fully expecting to be told to have it towed in but to my surprise Chris advised to sit tight he was coming to assist! Upon his arrival he confirmed “Dead”. Chris then told me the technician Wilmar was on his way with a possible solution which was successful. They didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did, and I was able to complete my 300-mile journey home. I’m hoping their supervisor reads this because they deserve an “Atta Boy”.
Made an appointment earlier that week, forgot about it, and Sylvia was able to reschedule me without any hassle whatsoever. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and bubbly. Nissan has been my favorite brand of car for awhile, and now this dealership is my favorite place. Sylvia is Amazing!
I got in a really bad accident yesterday that totaled my car. I came in to look around and see some thing I saw online and I was met by Jose who was extremely professional and helped me get into a new car is very quickly and painlessly. Thank you, Jose Ovalles!
