You can still smell a small trace of it, but after a few days of airing out my truck the odour has dicipated. The interior of my truck looks brand new, now I don’t want to sit in it to get it dirty 🤔, exterior and tires shiny. I spoke with Andy (the detail manager) and he assisted with my complaint. I can say that the service at Splashes was amazing and the follow up cleaning was great! ** First time at Splashes and not very happy with the result. I got the Deluxe package for $18 which included all the cleaning products along with a ‘very clean dry’ at the end. My vehicle had a lot of missed areas that are noticeably dirty compared to other body panels. The tire shine worked well but even my rims were not fully cleaned. The drying feature still left a lot of water on the vehicle which created some water spots on my windshield. I don’t think I would recommend this place over a simple gas station touchless wash.By A B (9 months ago)Edit – Splashes reached out and scheduled a rewash whenever I wanted, free of charge. It turned out great. Thanks for the speedy resolution! I had previously gone to Splashes to get my rear windows tinted and they turned out excellent, so when the car had a bad case of spring green growth in the usual hard to clean spots, I figured it was time to get it detailed for summer. I chose the Interior Detail package ($195), which included the exterior hand wash plus additional interior detailing. The interior turned out excellent, but the exterior hand wash had some problems. Once I got on the road, I looked at the drivers side view mirror and noticed that it was still very dirty and the green buildup was still there. I chalked it up to a small missed spot and continued home. Once parked, I noticed that both side view mirrors appear to have been completely missed and had a thick layer of buildup on them. If this had been a significantly cheaper package, I would’ve gone on with my day and taken it to the car wash for a quick touch up, but given that this is the package right under a complete exterior detail job, I’m pretty disappointed that this was missed.By Baker Jones (10 months ago)It’s always somewhat anxiety provoking when you need something major done to your vehicle. I needed paint restoration done on my 2011 MDX because of scratches, road rashes, door dings and scrapes from people in parking lots etc. The hood looked like 2 cats had been fighting on it. Firstly, I want to thank All Things Auto PDR for the amazing paintless dent repair to get it ready. Now for Splashes. Many Thanks to Jeff and his team. I actually walked by my vehicle, when I went to pick it up, because I didn’t recognize it. The X-Kote job is just incredible. It looks almost new again. Jeff listened to my concerns when I brought it in for an assessment thinking the only recourse would be an unaffordable complete repaint of the car. And today was my first time actually coming here. $3 to vacuum for 5 minutes . Lucky I have a small car so,I was able to get everything vacuumed before the time ran out. Make sure you have everything taken out of your car before vacuuming so you’re not wasting any time. There decent it’s hard to compare a hand wash vs these machine washes they don’t get everything especially for the price I would expect a bit more, still good car wash but I’ve never left happy or dissatisfied because I understand these car washes have limitation. The customer service is great I wish I could give more stars but it in my opinion doesn’t do the justice it claims to. Again nothing special just like any other place just with fancy add one and lights I’ve seen the same results on my car from 15 dollar place and there maximum price I could pay it was about the same. Hard to say it’s the best place wen there’s soap left behind and side view mirrors are some what dirty. I’m not trying to bash the place it’s just another car wash it doesn’t beat hand wash I know that for fact and that’s any car wash not just speed wash if I do have to use a car wash for me it’s either speed wash or another place that at least for my car does a little bit of a more better job I can’t say for others. 3 stars for not leaving happy after spending 25-30 dollars on all options I could choose.
Will not be coming here again. Car wash does not clean properly. Attendant says we can not anything about it the car wash is only to clean off dust and nothing else. Did not want to run it thru the wash again. Dirty all over. Waste of $15

The quality of the wash is just awful now. Check the picture of the rear of the car. That was just after a wash. Sides, front, and top were pretty much the same. I won’t go here again. It’s not worth the money at all.
Don’t ever get your cars, trucks or any vehicle washed at this place. Their water pressure and brushes are absolutely horrible. I got the gold wash with undercarriage wash/spray and my car was still left dirty. This place is a scam and don’t even get the extras like rainx etc. their rainx does not even work it’s like soap. I came around the second time after the wash and inspecting the quality of the wash and spoke to the customer service attendant at the gate and show him that my car was not even cleaned. He told me that their brushes doesn’t get to the spots in the picture and he told me that I have to clean the dirty spots myself. I asked to go through again and he started arguing with me and told me I have to basically wash my car myself at home. I am furious about this because what’s the point of paying $25 to get my car washed when the car wash can’t even do it’s job right? Total scam and terrible costumer service. Run from this place and don’t waste your money. 😡😤🤬😡😡😡
The monthly membership is nice, very convenient
to go any day. Please ask the staff for the coins to operate the complementary vacuum and carpet washer. Free air refresher and dash wipes 🤗
