I was in line yesterday to get a stall to wash my truck, I finally get in, but both token machines were broken on a Saturday busiest day of the week. Everybody was waiting to get a stall and finally they get in, then backing out and leaving because they couldn’t get tokens, now how frustrating is that, waiting and waiting to get in and having to leave because the machine doesn’t work, 1 by 1 people were leaving because they couldn’t get tokens. I was finally able to get to another stall with a credit card machine, that worked, but not all stalls have them. And nobody works there, who knows how much money they lost yesterday, and the amount of garbage on the ground in the stalls, put a garbage can in each stall already.By leo routhier (3 months ago)Come here faithfully and spend atleast 20-30 pre time Air hose riped off and wasted 10$ texted number and response I got was it will get fixed . Then come back as Im a faithful customer and yet again spent 25 $ And took an extra 3 mins to spray my doors with rust protection and proceeded to be told to get my vehicle out of the wash bay . As people are waiting .. yet there were other open bays to be used . Wash bays are nice for heavier dirt or grime and the extra large wash bay is really nice to washing truck, utility trailer and quad all at the same time. My only complaint is that everytime I go something is broken, wether it be one of the high pressure heads in the drivethrough carwash, the vacuumes, or something in the wash bays, there’s always something I run into that needs some repairs. 1) I really hope the scenting uses synthetic fragrance because I specifically asked for new car and they used pina colada (I’m allergic to coconut)
2) they didn’t get all the dirt and ice off the car so I asked if they could try and the workers started kicking and hitting my car
3) they didn’t get all the dirt off so when they started hand drying they dragged dirt across my passenger door and scratched it (I have receipts showing the door had just been repainted so yes the damage is new)
4) I paid over $46 after tax for the supreme wash and they didn’t even vacuum the back seat or trunk space.
5) interior windshield was streaked and they didn’t bother with the rear windows because there are still puppy nose prints on the glass.
6) I made sure to get the names and phone numbers of two other patrons who witnessed how my vehicle was treated because I was told the manager was going to “review the video” and the damage to my door “couldn’t have happened there”.
Lesson learned. I should have read the reviews before I went to this place.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I had originally booked an appointment for rust protection as well and when I asked to cancel it the cashier stated “I don’t know why you want to cancel it’s a different bunch of guys that do the Krown.”
Umm – cause my door is scratched and I could potentially have had an anaphylactic reaction – that’s why.
I got the Supreme package, and most of my interior parts were still dirty. cup holders where they put my keys, so they definitely knew it was dirty. My dashboard was dirty. Outside was good, but I’m definitely not doing the Supreme again.
I would not recommend this place as they did a terrible job. If anyone thinks for a minute that in ten minutes you can actually do a good cleaning inside and out of a car they are dreaming. Way too fast, not a well done job and I needed them to go back and clean part of my car they completely missed.
I purchase the ultimate carwash. For the most part my truck is cleaner then what it was outside of the truck is great. No complaints there. But the cupholders were still dirty and mud still on the inside doors. I can’t really comment about the dog fur as qe all know it’s almost impossible to get rid of dog fur but the did get the majority of it. There was also still dirt and dust on the dash board and the door pockets. They didn’t do a great job but it was more like an ok job. At least its better then what it was.
I had my SUV detailed here and they did a great job. My car was an absolute mess , kids and dogs. It was almost $300 which I thought was expensive but I’m not sure what the going rate is.
There were some streaks on my front windshield which they happily came and re-cleaned. Great service from the detailing centre, the gentleman from detailing was very happy and friendly.
