Its also one of the longest running car wash in town.I had an excellent experience at this place. They cleaned the exterior and interior of my car. I had opted for the Diamond package ($50) which included the waxing of the dashboard and they completely made it look like new. Their customer service was great and I would definitely come here again! The prices were very reasonable, I used a credit card to pay with no problems. The drying machine did two passes over the car which I’ve never seen anywhere else. The whole experience was beyond my expectations and I was really quite pleased. I had taken ultimate car wash and the prices were reasonable and any method of payment was available like credit, debit or cash. Moreover, the staff was very welcoming and professional because it was my first time visiting this car wash and they explained me in detail about their purchase plans and what’s included. I do not have the habit of cleaning the car, so the car was so dirty and untidy. However, exterior cleaning was awesome, and during the interior cleaning at the Kitchener Full Service Auto car wash, the appointed personnel cleaned the car very perfectly like interior vacuuming, polishing glasses and car body, matt shining, tire shining. For the interior cleaning and shining purposes they used water-based liquids hence it was no so sticky after the completion. It was like I purchased a brand new car. It only took 10-15 minutes for the whole process thus it was swift and with expertise. I would definitely return again and I will also recommend this to all of my friends. Thank you. When these features are all working correctly the dog wash is a great place to clean your pet but considering these two instances were over a month apart I was expecting them to have the issue resolved. Last time I used the carwash it didn’t dry my car like it usually does and when I got out of the car, I noticed the back end was filthy and the sides were still as dirty as before. I contacted the email address and simply ask for a redo so I can have a nice shiny jag for the weekend and they said they needed a receipt – no problem, I gave them a screen shot of the transaction which clearly states the day and amount – but they didn’t return any of my emails after my first. Great, now my husband was right and I can’t use your carwash anymore. Thanks a lot. -_- UPDATE – I’m not sure why you want to communicate with my husband, but, you havent communicated with me except for that one time. I’ve checked my junk mail several times. Got there, change machine out of order. Should’ve been a sign. Get into the dog bay. It’s like they weren’t even heated. Not working, took our money though. Utterly unsatisfactory experience, Staff were consistently ill- mannered with the assistance towards members. Moreover, i usually go there to wash my car it was working perfect but cheap price does not mean good quality. Last time after the wash i noticed there were so many scratches on my car (Both sides – pictures attached). I simply told their manager that there is something wrong with your brushes but manager was not accepting that it was their fault. Especially when you get after someone’s dirty car then definitely you will notice lots of scratches. I would suggest you all to do not buy membership if you love your car. Its better to wash your car at other places with more money. Would never recommend this to any of my friends, family or colleagues.
Best car wash ever, the employers are super supportive and very helpful.
1.Mainly the wash automated and very comfortable to use it.
2.60 washes in a month is like a pocket full of perks
3.Ambient parking lots and also the free vacuum centers are great.
5.The Vacuum pipes are cleaned up daily by them and a great thumps up to that effort.

Car wash was alright (extremely quick – got through in maybe 30 seconds which left me feeling it wasn’t the best wash).
Some towel drying required after.
Free vacuums are a nice perk, but low suction and no place to clean mats.
I am thoroughly disappointed that this particular location does not provide self-serve wash bays. They do have free vacuum at this location but the suction is really poor. Overall, decent if you want an automatic car wash and vacuum.
Response to owner: I don’t think your being faulted for a service you’ve never offered but rather an honest review of the services you provide, it’s rather disappointing as I stated. I think it’s important for people to know this prior to coming as many would probably assume there are was bays as with most locations, unless you read through the website then you wouldn’t just assume this. I think a fair and honest review is important and I hope you make some improvements to your existing vacuum system as well. Still a decent location as far as I’m concert.
