Glad to have that sorted out. Have used this place for years; recently didn’t have cash but we saw that they accept credit now. Machine mentioned there would be a pre-authorization hold on the card but we would only be charged for the time we used. I used the car wash for $4 worth (quick rinse) and was charged $17.95 to the credit card…thought part was the pre authorization but the entire charge remained. Spotty residue from the wash, and a weak vacuum, but this is no longer the case. The vacuum system now has them the strongest in town, and the wash, has improved as well. Not only that, the starting price for both is $.50 less than the competition, and longer time. The place is very clean, and while I was there – a service person was busy cleaning, and available to answer any questions. They’ve installed a tap to pay service – no need to carry coins! There was fantastic water pressure, and both the nozzle and brush hoses have great reach (important for large SUV’s!). I was very disappointed. I called ahead to make an appointment to have my car detailed and washed. I wanted the best package I could buy. They told me they couldn’t make time for the top package and suggested the VIP. You would think that you would get the next best package if it was recommended by the company, especially called a VIP package. I said I wanted everything done on it, expect shampoo the carpet. “Their Suggestion, because they didn’t have time”. I pick my car up after 3 hours and notice that the outside body, has bugs and dirt all over it. The inside seat has mud on it and down near the petals is muddy. When I inquire about it, I told I have to ask for extra bug cleaning. Even though I asked for the top of the line that they could give me. Note to future customers, explain everything and ask about everything, don’t believe that you may receive a VIP experience, It wasn’t close.

No appointment needed. In 45 minutes, the interior of my car went from disgustingly dirty to brand new looking! For $90! My car dealership would’ve charged $180 at least. (Without shampoo)

Been here a few times since moving to Kingston 3 years ago and never disappointed. They thoroughly wash and detail your vehicle for a reasonable price and it smells and looks amazing for weeks afterwards. The owner inspects each job for quality with a flashlight which says a lot. And the interior of the shop has a lovely clean seating area for customers as you wait.
Had a very pleasant experience. The detailers are quick and hard working. The owner or the advisor at the little booth explained the package in detail and made some recommendations which was very much appreciated. I am happy now that my car is sparkling clean. Will make it a point to come in regularly to keep it looking like new. Thank you guys for a wonderful job!
