The grocery pickup was a little delayed, but that’s to be expected with a 5-6pm pick up window. The employee was very polite and put my items in the car with care. Very good service.
Wouldn’t even give them one star. Super annoying that no one answers the phone they will literally let it ring until it hangs up on you I couldn’t even leave a voicemail mind you this Walmart is a 30 minute drive from me as to why im calling. I spent 27$ on a 12 pack of protein shakes come home to open the box and there are only 9 as soon as i opened the box I can tell right off the back there was something different or looked like Walmart workers glued the box back up when some were missing outta the box this is why this Is the worse Walmart in sacramento don’t understand how they aren’t outta business with all the stealing that happens on that store the it’s super dirty bathrooms are always outta toilet paper syringes all over the bathroom floor don’t even feel comfortable using their restrooms it’s disgusting and unreal. I’ll take this as a loss I guess someone else needed those 3 protein shakes more then I did.
The store is huge and has a lot of options. But the parking lot had a lot of beggars and people demanding money. Other people were lurking and looking into cars. Didn’t feel safe. Probably won’t go back…
I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MORE THEN 8 TIMES AND OTHER DEPARTMENT IN THE STORE NON OF THEM ANSWERED MY CALL. WHO EVER PICKS UP AFTER 5 MINTS THEY HANG UP ON ME RIGHT AWAY.
NO I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE AND CHECK IF THEY KEPR IT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
