3 months agoemployees on a power trip. Stuck in front of the car wash. Can’t go forward can’t reverse. I have a membership but the employee insist that I have to have a sticker. She is refusing to find the membership fee in my tag number.Brown Bear Car Wash reply is incorrect. Your employees don’t have a new stickers. Each time I have asked, they told me I need to come back when there’s a manager on duty. Apparently your manager doesn’t start until later in the day? I was not offered a new sticker. Why would your employee hold me up get on the phone and make me wait when they could simply hand me a sticker. I’m here every Wednesday morning, and last Wednesday the attendant had no problem and the Wednesday before this event the attendant had no problem, except that they don’t have access to stickers. As if. I wish I could give you less stars for that reply.

Left originally because of constant watermarks every time I went through this car wash. Went to the Brown Bear at Renton and gave this place a second chance. Very satisfied they changed the configuration where my vehicle would dry up without marks AND got my recently layered tree sap with no problem. Much better experience at self service here compared to the location in Bellevue.

I would have given 0 stars if available.a month agoReceived a bunch of scratch marks on right-front leading edges of vehicle that were not there earlier today. I did a prewash at home before heading in. 5-1-23 edit: manager Hussain at this location has my info, TBD what happens next 5-25 edit: nothing is what happens. Hussain tried to say there’s no way their machines scratch like that, that’d it’d be all over. That so many cars went through and no one else reported anything before or after me. Sadly, the Rose Hill Car Wash has gone down hill since the sale. Yes payment has improved. But should I go back, I will never tip in advance again.
Service was terrible. I paid for works plus. The exterior of the vehicle was left dirty. If I wanted a hose down, I could go to so many other car washes and have paid less. I am not expecting my car to be detailed but for the Works Plus I expect my car to be vacuumed after I watch as your crew vacuumed the car in front of me for 10 minutes.
Why did you make me wait an hour to cream the inside of my vehicle if the front window is still dirty? I watched 6 vehicles that came off after me finished before mine including a heavy duty full cab truck.
I also paid $10 extra to wash my floor mats but they are still dirty. Even worse after being told my car was ready my floor mats were not in my car. I had to find them and then was told by your crew to put them back in myself.
If this was one off okay. But I arrived with a friend and they were left with a dirty vehicle after paying for the works plus.
SELL OUTS! I’ve been coming here for years!! They have gotten rid of the employees, trid the refrigerators, the intimacy and ambiance that was once raved in the local the newspaper. Its now a stagnant. Money making machine, like everything else. It was absolutely awful to see. Everything was replaced with chairs like a stale Bank of America. No more free toys for the children. There was no more free coffee because the coffee had run dry, and although there was a complimentary mechanical help yoursef machine, it, of course was unmanned and out of coffee in the 1st place. Which is WHY you keep employees!!! What a loss for our community, and yet here we are stagnant, with all these establishments to disintegrate and disappear. So heres technology taking over to save a buck. Better off at the csr wash down the street! Same service now!
I just left this place and paid $35 for this car wash only to find half of my car not vacuumed. The trunk was not touched as well. I used to come here all the time and they did such a great job but since the new ownership, I would avoid this place completely. save yourself the money,
long wait times and stress.
I am extremely disappointed with the service of my vehicle. I paid for the full service exterior/interior. My car is very dirty inside and out with wax marks all over the outside. I tipped 10 bucks with a total of 50. I can do a much better job myself. They took maybe 15-20 mins max to do my entire car and it sure reflects that. I’m not one to write reviews but this bothered me so much. I won’t be going back.
Tried Rose Hill Car Wash for the first time today. Pretty decent job, but, I felt the pricing for the 3 options of wash was pretty ridiculous. To get the whole wash (vacuum, dry, tires), the price was $39. Based on other car washes I patronize, this is overpriced. In addition, other places offer a senior discount, they don’t. Other patrons were all saying the same thing, pricing of the previous
owners was much more in line with other full service car washes, this new ownership group isn’t.
If you want to overspend for a complete car wash, this place is fine, otherwise, I would look for others offering the same service for less.
