a month agoMy husband went today (7-12-23) around 10:30am to buy some wipers for my car and this very nice lady 🙂 ( with nice red hair) helped him pick the right ones and she also helped him put them on the car. I’m very pleased with the service and grateful for helping out my husband. Thank you Auto zone for having excellent people working at your location 🙂3 months agoThey had what I needed. I take that back this is a horrible AutoZone. How do you guys rent me a tool. But then when I try to bring it back you say you can’t take it back because I don’t have no receipt. You never gave me a receipt. So basically you’re forcing the sale of a rented tool. I use my credit card to rent it, but it’s not in the system. They didn’t have the capability to run the diagnostic and I waited 20+ minutes for someone to come out after they told me to pop my hood. Never came out. I left.

3 months agoThey are the worst. Telling me that the driveshaft that I was trying to return had been installed already because it came pre-greased. I guess I have to understand good help is hard to find. The next Autozone I went to had no problem taking it back realizing it was brand new never installed. I will be avoiding this location from now on. 5/12 around 7PM.4 months agoThe crew members on 4/25/2023 at 9pm kept the doors open for me to get a bag of oil absorbent even after I was caught by the train on Gaylord road 2 minutes away this is a excellent service just want to say thank you to the crew membersa month agoAlways attentive and helpful when needing to find the right parts! Great service! I came because my battery light came on. Doug came out to check what was wrong with my car and it tuned out it was my alternator. Showed me what I needed and got one for a great price. Will definitely come here again.
My car battery died and Zach showed me the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever received. He was really nice and very knowledgeable. He even helped me pick out which tools I would need to change the battery. I would definitely continue to go to this AutoZone because of him.
As someone who is not well versed in cars, I’ve never had a more understanding staff who were as helpful, knowledgeable, or simply pleasant as the staff here!
