Not to mention no one pays attention to where there’re going. I’ve almost been hit several times. The staff have never been to nice either… not to me at least. I stopped shopping at this Costco a while ago and just go to the gig harbor one. Its safer and people/ staff are way more nice. Its just an extra 5 minute drive, but way worth it. Stellar experience for my son’s birthday cake! We wanted an ocean thing cake, but not baby sharks. I expressed my wishes for the cake ans she assured me we could do something ocean theme without the sharks on top per the catalog. Came out amazing and we added our own sea creatures. She understood the assignment! Beautiful cake and tasted amazing!
They have a huge selection of produce and camping gear if you are on the way to Olympic peninsula and you have forgotten something this is a good place to get what you need.
You can also order online and pickup.
I went there to buy propane tanks and to my surprise they were out of it.
Clean and the produce is fresh. The employees are nice and unlike the other Walmarts I’ve been to the employees aren’t holding you at the door inspecting the receipts. I feel safe taking my family without a person approaching me asking me for money or having police investigate l. I live about 15 miles and first time shopping at this one and I would make the 20+ min drive to shop here.
It’s got everything. Sadly a lot of it was out of stock or the website was wrong and we were not able to find what we were looking for. Got to do a lot of impulse buying instead which was ok.
Everything is well organized in this store. It does get a lil messy as with most large retail stores, but what do you expect. Staff are always very busy so good luck finding any help- again, comes with the territory of shopping in this convenient store- don’t expect five-star assistance for getting help finding anything you’re looking for. The front end staff, check-out employees, are all easy going in my experience. The pharmacy is one of the better ones around Tacoma, in my opinion.
