  1. In general their staff are courteous and helpful. I recently dealt with a staff in the paint department and she was very willing to assist. They need to hire more staff for other departments or they need to be more visibile to offer assistance to customers. This store is spacious and clean.

  2. Diana is very unprofessional very rude bad attitude unwilling to help for her to be in charge of hiring associates very poor leadership! Lack of decision-making abilities. Lies about calling potential employees back poor planning skills ,abrasive communication style, arrogant, uncaring. If your looking for employment I’d advise you to look further she’s not a person you would want to work for or with. Home depot could and should do a lot better when giving people authority to hire employees. She’s not pleasant at ALL.

  3. It was not as busy as other HD on a Saturday morning, which was a good thing for me. In and out under 10min, including return…Wow!

  4. Had a great customer service experience from a rep named Tammy in self check out. She helped me with my shopping needs, and also stepped up and flagged down another shopper who left her pocketbook, wallet and cell phone. It’s great to know that there is still honest people out here.

  5. I did not care for the attendant to follow me to the checkout. Purchased lawn equipment. Felt like a criminal. They need another way of tracking their merchandise. Better yet assign checkout near the department it came from. That was very invasive. I felt like give them back the equipment and going to Ace.

    I love the garden center at this location. Much better selection than Caroline St Lowe’s. Besides when it’s time to make a left turn out of the place, this Home Depot is the perfect quick drop-in for all your plant and garden needs, especially if you check out there as well. Even when the line is long or there’s only one cashier, the dark haired lady moves fast.

    I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Home Depot. I placed an order for blinds two months ago, and they still haven’t arrived. This level of delay and poor customer service is unacceptable. First and foremost, a two-month wait for blinds is completely unreasonable. When I made the purchase, I expected a reasonable delivery timeframe, as any customer would. However, the blinds have yet to make an appearance at my doorstep. I have contacted Home Depot multiple times, seeking information and updates, but I have been met with vague responses and empty promises. The lack of communication from Home Depot throughout this ordeal has been extremely frustrating. I understand that delays can occur, but the least they could do is keep me informed about the status of my order. Every time I reached out to customer service, I received generic responses, stating that they were looking into the matter or that my order would be expedited. However, none of these promises were fulfilled, and my blinds remain missing in action. As a loyal customer, I had expected better service from a company as reputable as Home Depot. It is disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and responsibility. A two-month delay is not a minor inconvenience; it is a major disruption to my daily life. I have been left with bare windows and no resolution in sight. Moreover, the fact that I have not received any compensation or alternative solutions for this extensive delay is truly disappointing. Home Depot should take responsibility for their mistakes and offer appropriate compensation or alternatives to rectify the situation. However, they have done nothing of the sort, leaving me feeling disregarded and unvalued as a customer. Overall, my experience with Home Depot regarding my blinds order has been nothing short of a nightmare. The prolonged delay, lack of communication, and absence of any compensatory measures have left me deeply dissatisfied. I expected better from a company of Home Depot’s stature. I will seriously reconsider making any future purchases from them and will advise others to do the same.

    An employee from this store gave my mom the incorrect paint finish when she asked for a eggshell finish. We went back to the store after finding out. All we needed was to exchange it and we wouldn’t have even been upset that this mistake happened. Unfortunately my mom was mistreated by the assistant manager KEN tried to get over on her by making lies about return policies and denying the store had made a mistake . It was more then likely because he thought he could get away with it because my mother didn’t speak good English. I had to take 3 hours out of my day to get things addressed with corporate just to find out that everything Ken was saying was a lie and we read Home Depot’s policies my mom would’ve been able to exchange the paint even if the store didn’t make a mistake do to customer satisfaction policies.

    Nightmare to ever get anyone on the phone. We had a scheduled delivery arrived damaged. I called at different times for 3 days straight and sat on hold for 20+ minutes each time. Probably called a combined 20 times and spent over 2 hours total on hold for a simple fix. 3 days later and still has not been resolved
