I am using the free car was for 30 days after buying a car from Apple Nissan. My experience has been positive, my son loves watching the brushes hit the windows. No issues getting in and it doesn’t smell like mildew. The vacuum area is nice the suction could be better but I generally do the inside at home so that part doesn’t bother me. An employee at the Subaru dealership, Scott Gable, needs to get a raise or promotion. Best customer service!! He solved an issue that another employee had made. He charged me less for the mix-up and got me in again to fix the issue at hand. I will give five stars because of the help I received for wasting my time and gas (money). For quick reference, the other employee had made an appointment at the detailing place for me on a Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and told me I could also get an interior detail for free…wasted my time and gas (money) going to that appointment on November 26th. I got a discount, and I am happy!! I decided to give a five-star instead of one. Beautiful job was done in my car as well!! Love the work done in it!! They barely did anything. There was dirt all over the seats and clearly visible. I could do it better by myself in the same amount of time. To make it worse, they cleaned the mats and put them back in my car dripping wet. The service is terrible. I tried this once before, about 8 years ago. I hoped that it would be better after so many years, but it isn’t. I’ll never go back. It’s a waste of money. Great car wash. Vacuums mostly work, the mat station is a great bonus. However there has been alot of times where I’m mid wash and it stops my car and everything stops for a few minutes. 🛑 🛑🛑🛑Update I was given the wrong number the number was for a lady named Jennifer! Also went the next day after this incident and the next time I come they are sweeping nails and bolts off the belt. SMH I just bought brand new tires. I understand you can’t help what customers have in their beds of their trucks but who wants nails and bolts in their tires! I may go somewhere else next month and not continue my membership here very disappointed with this! And I feel like it was handled poorly! Not happy at all!!!!

It is more expensive and there are times when you are hard pressed to find an open vacuum .STILL, WORTH EVERY PENNY.

It’s free vacuums for everyone to use, therefore most of them barely have suction power. It’s unacceptable that I have to pay somewhere else to vacuum my car while paying 35 a month fr a service they offer and can’t use.My 3 stars are for the carwash, which I love.

1. being the tire cleaner/shine my tires don’t get fully cleaned by the end of the wash
2 .the drying machine leaves spots on you’re window after contact

A true abhorrent experience. The employees are nice enough and seem to be fine people; however, the quality of work is seriously lacking. To put things in perspective, I paid for the absolute top notch package (Platinum) at $40.
The exterior wash was pretty much just as ‘impressive’ as any other drive through car wash. Nothing to write home about and misses a variety of things that take a little more force to get off (like dried road dirt or tar) but not wildly terrible. That being said, this was still a $40 car wash, so I’d like to think they would care a little more about getting that stuff off.
The interior clean was disgustingly disappointing. Dust was still found on parts of the dash and I’m not sure the interior of the windows (besides the windshield) were even done at all. The vacuuming job was the worst of all. Still particles on the floor (and this wasn’t a messy car by any means. In fact, it’s a nearly new car that just needed a touchup as far as vacuuming goes), cup holders still had particles in them, and the seats still had particles in the crevices. I wasn’t expecting a major detailed clean, but when a car isn’t incredibly dirty, I’d expect even a small amount of care in getting it to look clean. It would also have been nice for them to include wiping down of interior mats/pieces in the car in that top tier wash level. The previous ownership (Cloister Car Wash) would do this and I always had a great car wash experience there. A shame that the same quality didn’t carry over to the new company.
They have you put the tip on at the beginning otherwise I wouldn’t have given one at all. I gave a $5 tip to try and be nice but honestly this was just so disappointing. All in all, complete waste of $45 (including the tip) and waste of my time. If I wouldn’t have had to go back to work, I would have insisted they fix it. Either way, I will absolutely not be returning and strongly recommend my friends and family members don’t either…
Wish I could give “0”stars. Worse exterior car wash. Interior not any better. Windows streaked so bad I had to clean them again. Waste of money!! $38 for a halfway clean car. Automatic wash did not get all the dirt off. Pointed it out to staff and they acted put out. On a white car they should see the brown dirt when they dry it off. Save $30 and use the gas station car wash. It does a better job.
Mister has always proven to be a quality automatic car service with customer oriented staff that aim to satisfy when getting interior cleaned. I especially appreciate the service during the colder weather. These ladies and gentleman continue to perform despite the weather and possibly being tired. If you are good to them, they will in most cases, be good to you and your car.
I’ve been going to this car wash for well over a year. Started out with a monthly membership since I was working in the area and I’d say that the car wash was pretty good. Interior cleaning was hit or miss at times. The drying method used was pretty good but then they changed the drying cloth and it’s absolutely terrible. I no longer take my car there but my husband still has a monthly membership. I took his car on a weekday at around noon. They were busy and I decided to wait. Little did I know that it would take over an hour and then find out that they did not vacuum out the trunk area (main reason I was having the interior cleaned). I had already left the car wash and tried calling but of course no answer. I don’t know who manages this car wash but it’s terrible. Do not recommend.
Absolutely disappointed and this is not the first time! I got the platinum and left a 5$ tip at the beginning when they slid my card! I would have never left a tip with the results I got 50$ wasted! It’s a bunch of kids that worry about talking an not doing there job! Im all for having fun when you are at work but goodness can you do the job as well? Prolly will never return to this place!
