Car wash is ok for what it is. Doesn’t remove but maybe 60% of dirt off paint. Tire shine gets on about half of each tire. Some vacuums are good some are not. Not a big fan. Gonna try one of the other car wash places next time. When I pulled to vacuum area I noticed dirt still on top of car and back trunk. I took one of the available hand towels and started to remove the dirt. The attendant came by and I share the experience with him. He did offer to run it through again but by then I almost had it all off. I told him the front line guy should have scrubbed the top of the car and not just the sides. He told me that his manager instructed them to only do the sides. So, if you looking for only the sides of your car cleaned, this is your place. The kids working there are very nice and hard working. But the quality of the wash and interior clean was just terrible. I got the sense that the kids working were mostly concerned with volume not quality. I understand that the premium wash is not intended to be a full detail, but they didn’t even give it a good wipe down. When I offered to remove a baby seat, the workers were very pleasant and just asked me to disconnect a baby seat in the back and they they would be happy to move it around and clean the seat underneath, that didn’t happen. The cup holders were still a mess, dirt is still everywhere on the dash, the exterior was minimally cleaned.
I needed my vehicle cleaned for a business event and now I have to go get it redone someplace better.

I took my bosses car to be washed and vacuumed out (cruisers has done a decent job in the past). She keeps her car extremely tidy and I made sure to take out any trash so they could get to any dirt without obstruction, but I’m not sure they vacuumed or wiped down anything at all. The dashboard was left untouched, evident by a dead mosquito that was in the same place as before i brought the car in. I’ve attached pictures of the dirt left in the car. I hate to be picky but if I bring the car in basically clean already I don’t think it’s too much to expect that the few places that are dirty be vacuumed for $30. I ended up having to wipe and vacuum the car out myself afterwards because it was not up to the standards my boss expects, especially from cruisers. So when I decided to come here and spend $30, plus a tip, I expected my car to look good. The outside did in fact look nice, but the inside not so much. Pictures below. Cup holders were still covered with coffee spills and seats still had crumbs on them from the kids. As well as the seats had spills from the kids. I honestly was bummed that when I got home I had to finish cleaning my car. I know the workers are super busy but that doesn’t make this ok. I have a new car so it was barely dirty, I just wanted it to be refreshed! Originally they forgot to clean the seats out, and put the scent in the car, which is not a big deal, and they fixed it. But, when I was home I realized how bad of a job was done. Called the manager and nothing was done except I do was told I could drive all the way back and get it redone by the same person who cleaned it the first time. Very disappointed. Had 2 church vans in need of a good post ministry season cleaning. The people at Buff Masters did an excellent job. Interior and exterior look great! I did find an area that was missed however they jumped on it without question. The fact that they corrected an issue means more than a perfect job!
Stuart and his team do great work! The ceramic coating on our new suv was beautifully done and the unlimited car wash is a great option! The staff is always friendly and works hard to get cars clean!
I got the master piece car wash and it was not what I expected I have spots everywhere, where they sprayed the spray and left the spots everywhere. My left side tires was half done with the tire shine. I took it back they claimed it dried up but not on the right side. I don’t understand if I paid 50 dollars for this it should be good and left a 20 dollar tip for half work. Very upset.
Took my new truck 3 times before leaving a review, I tried to avoid it. I hate leaving bad reviews because we all have bad days. After 3 visits, I’ll let the pictures speak. This was the “Master Piece” service plus a generous tip. Was basically rushed out the nicest way possible when asked to look over the work at the end. The staff seem really stressed out and over it. Hopefully it gets better! FYI the windshield does not have hard water stains, it was never touched. Was able to clean it in one run myself, along with everything else I had to finish. Not worth the $$, do it yourself.
Stuart et al at Buff Masters does an absolutely fabulous job. Everyone is so friendly and detailed oriented, we love it there. The staff did a tremendous job of applying Ceramic Pro and our Chevy Suburban LTZ has never looked so nice. (Not even the day that we took delivery from the dealer).
