Yes it was probably inevitable, when you use these car washes with the spinning brushes you are kind of asking for it, and this car wash is no exception. People go off roading and then immediately hit the wash and small rocks can get trapped in the brushes and wreak havic on your car. My fender got a nice pebble treatment, will probably have to repaint the fender. Maybe they should have a worker with a pressure washer at the entrance of the wash to knock off the bulk of the dirt, or have an extra brush wash involved in their cycle, I don’t know. I cancelled my membership, not worth $30/month to me for that risk. I had been happy with the service but I recently had my car damaged from their automated systems. The on-site manager immediately rejected any liability for the damage. Without even knowing the cost or knowing what happen they just flat out denied any responsibility. I’ve been taking five cars to this facility for over a year. And this is how they treat their customer. pretty pathetic. I’ve also noticed that the chemicals that they use in washing the car strips the car of any wax or conditioner and leave streaks in the paint. They are losing my business. The part they damaged cost $25. It’s less than one months worth of service and now they are going to lose $150 monthly from me . They might want to go back to school and take a business class.By T “EOE” Gikas (8 months ago)The $20 a month plan is such an amazing deal, despite this being a vacuum your car yourself and a stay in the car wash, it’s a great wash. I’ve tried a few other drive thru washes and they either didn’t get my car very clean, took forever, or cost a lot. The unlimited vacuuming is great too, their vacuums have a lot more suction than any I have ever used. The place is kept clean, laid out nicely, and even if it’s busy it doesn’t take long. There’s an area to dry off your car, but honestly, whatever they do at the end of the wash gets the car pretty dry on its own, and I noticed at the end of the wash, there isn’t much water left behind from previous vehicles.
Signing up is easy, a computer operated camera takes a photo of your plates and when you arrive the gate opens automatically because that same camera scans the plates of cars as they come in. My first visit, it took about 90 seconds to sign up for the monthly plan. I’ve been 5 times now, and never have had to wait for vacuums or the wash. They can have cars enter as it’s running, the cleaning process is not very long, maybe 4-5 min.
It’s worth $20 for the vacuuming alone. It’s located by al and eds, and FedEx office on thousand oaks Blvd.

I kept hearing the zipper hit my car. After the 3rd time I heard him rub his zipper on the paint I asked him to stop. And the other staff member finished drying. This is the only touchless car wash I bring my truck to. I have a roof rack, bed rack, and mounted on accessories and this is the only place that walks my truck thru the car wash to make sure everything is good. They also do a great job detailing the inside. Trust me just go to them!

Great full service car wash, was very busy but worth the wait
It is a great car wash spot. It’s not quite a hand wash in the drive thru but it isn’t super abrasive with rubber rollers, which is becoming difficult to find spots that are not fully automatic. They hand wash the interior and do an exterior wipe down once the car exits. Most the guys are very detail oriented and take great care in their work. If you are in a hurry, do not come here on a Saturday morning because on a nice day, it takes about an hour (or more) of wait time.
