Dom was very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Store is clean and well stocked.By Raquel Alvarez (a month ago)I have a matte finish motorcycle. Took it to dealer for service. When they finished they washed, apparently in sun and left terrible streaks. Took it to 3 professional detailers. 1st estimated 8 hrs labor ($90 per hr), but could be more. 2nd tried 4 products he had, with no results. 3rd had no experience with matte paint…his only option was to buff…so it would ultimately be a shinny finish… I stopped by Detail Garage. Dom looked at it, researched online…and suggested a Chemical Guy product he had on hand. Said to try it on a small spot, it it didn’t work, bring back for refund. Took it home, and it was like magic. Cleaned and restored to a new looking matte finish. Now that is service. I will be buying all my vehicle cleaning stuff from these guys. Dom is the bomb !By Jeff K. started 12:21 ready to go at 1:30The business uses the equipment at the 6 open stall self-service car wash they have taken oven.
Including the long hose spray wands for high pressure washing, followed by soaping, hand brushing then rinsing.
then the car is driven around to the other side where the vaccums are used, interior misting cleaner is used and hand detailing.(I called ahead and asked if they have wifi? woman said, “yes.ill give you the #’. when I got there, the guy laughed and said, ‘no wifi”. no big deal.)
They did a great job on the exterior missed several spots on the inside.
If there is a better value for service, dollars paid in Tampa, I don’t know where it is.

I had stains from like a year ago too on my seats. I had guts on my floor. My car was honestly a mess. I also had stains on my sun visors (the thing that flips down with the mirror). They got all the stains out. They did an excellent job my car literally looked brand new. They even took my stuff out and put it into a bag and put it in my trunk. I will definitely be coming back. I did an interior with shampooing and a regular exterior wash. They really went above and beyond for a great price. I’ve went to other places and paid wayyyy more and it wasn’t nearly as good as this place. I got compliments on my windows and people asking me where I got my car detailed. The guy told me he’s going to charge me extra because I have bugs on my car windshield and from bumper? I have never in my life heard of a car wash charging for this. I paid 32$ for the absolute worst car wash ever. How do you tell someone your charging them extra because you have bugs on the car? I had a car wash 2 days before so there were maybe a hand full of flies or what ever nothing serious. This place is a absolute joke don’t waste your time. They send the car in through a wash area you cannot even see because they blocked it from the inside store windows… very suspect. And here is a picture of the dirt that was not cleaned from this garbage car wash. Never again and you should not either.
Pretty disappointed. Went here today and waited 45 mins for the works and it looks like they missed cleaning half of my car. If I had more time I would have turned around and showed them, but I’m just confused as to how this could have happened.
I went to get a car wash at this place on 12/9 at 2:46pm. I drive with Uber so it was a stop made during my work day. After I left I noticed micro scratches on my passenger window and front windshield. They were made from the inside because you can feel them with your finger. They were not there prior to getting my car cleaned with this company. I couldn’t turn back because I was in the middle of my work day and going to go to pick up a passenger. I called today, 12/10 and all the guy said “we use towels to clean the inside” and didn’t want to believe or care about what I was telling him. He stated he would give my information to the manager but I suspect it was his way to get me off the phone. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. No care and no accountability for mistakes.
i don’t usually go out my way to post reviews but today i have time . This is by far the WORST CAR WASH EVER. I needed my car washed and i gave this car wash a try WORST MISTAKE EVER. please don’t waste your time here like i did . they don’t even clean your car properly, they take it through a machine and then they wipe the outside of your car and call it a day. i paid for my car to look even dirtier then it looked before. I recommend you take your car to get washed at “ A Plus Car wash and Detailing “ they cleaned what these fools couldn’t clean .
Just got the basic wash which did include cleaning and shining tires. Fast service. They even wiped down my door step! Very reasonable price, but there is an upcharge for SUVs and larger.
