I found this company on Yelp. After reading the myriad of positive reviews, I decided to give them a try. My appointment was scheduled for 7am and the workers arrived on time. They were very personable, friendly and had a good disposition. We discussed the timeframe when my vehicle would be ready and they were spot on. Periodically, I’d come out to check their progress and found them hard at work. Upon completion, I inspected my vehicle and found that the work had met my expectations. The interior had not been detailed in over 6 years and looked significantly better. The attention to detail and the amount of time devoted to my vehicle was very much appreciated. I refuse to have the brushes of a drive-thru touch my cars. I’ve been going here for over 15 years and will continue to do so as long as I can. The owner always comes out and greets me. This experience happened to me over a month ago and I obviously am still upset over it. I’ve been here before but this time the service was absolutely ridiculous. I took my car in after we had done some off roading in the vehicle and we all know that most of the workers do not speak English so they ALWAYS call for a manager before confirming whether they can perform an expensive service or not. They do this even if the service is listed as one of the ones they regularly perform. Might also be due to Covid but I doubt it because they always seem to have tons of staff. The manager comes to my car and I show him the inside and outside and point specifically to the places that are of most importance to have cleaned. I continuously repeat to him that I’d like to have this car “show room ready.” He says that is fine and yes they can perform the service however he tries to talk me out of getting my vehicle buffed. I tell him that would not make the vehicle “show room ready” and that is the reason I chose this specific business. He says ok and calls for the car to be taken. When I brought the vehicle in I thought, based on the website, I might have to pay an up-charge because of how filthy this vehicle was but he assured me that it was unnecessary. I waited a few minutes to see how they would perform the service on my vehicle and when I left it there I was comfortable because they started by pressure washing the door panels. Never in my wildest dreams did I think they would call me four to five hours later saying my car was done and to come and pick it up because this vehicles was FILTHY. Unfortunately, I did not take any before pictures but I sure did take a bunch of after ones! Based on the after pictures you can see how dirty the vehicle was prior because it looked just about the same once I had picked it up. After this, I will not take another car there nor will I refer any more friends and family members either. AND YES, IT MAY BE HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THESE ARE THE AFTER PICTURES BUT THIS IS EXACTLY HOW THEY DELIVERED MY CAR BACK TO ME. I even stood right there at the business, in astonishment, and took the pictures. Never again!
What an amazing establishment! I got my car detailed a few days ago and it looked better than the day I drove it off the lot when I bought it brand new. It was literally glistening. The attention to detail was awesome! I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

My vehicle was a mess, we went to sand dunes, if that wasn’t enough it sprinked ands sleet, so my car looked like a pile of mud with just the front windshield, clean enough to see out. When they were done with it, I couldn’t believe how clean it was. Before and after pictures
