I washed my car this week, and the service was horrible. One of the large brushes wasn’t working at all. This review is for management, amazing service! Carwash made mine shine and incredible deals for the value. Almost had a diesel collision and the manager saw I was a bit shaken, but did everything to answer questions, making things quick and easy to get clean and home to safety. You have no idea how much you helped! Thank you so much!!!
The staff were exceptional. My complaint is that over half of the vacuum stations are not working and it’s been like this for a very long time. When is this going to be addressed? On a nice day we have to wait for a functioning vacuum. I have considered canceling my service for this reason.
The staff are super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The car wash is frequently out of service and only a few vacuum cleaners are typically in working order. When everything is working, it does a fabulous job.
If the scanner would work it would be cool.. Every time I pull up, they have to come out and enter info in manually 😂🤣.. I don’t get mad. I only paid $10 for a month of washes.. Two washes a week… that’s 8 washes a month… who am I to complain… Thanks.. The washes are not A1 but they are what to be expected from an outdated drive thru carwash… The staff is amazing and down to earth… Keep up the great work ladies and guys…
Staff is always very friendly. Quick to get through this car wash. Sometimes I wish that the soap dispensing or the blow drying was a little bit more but my car still gets clean and that’s the main thing thank you so much.
