Went here for detailing because of the reviews and was charged $450 for full detail. That’s the most expensive I’ve ever paid for detailing but allowed it and then still found dirt/dust in glove compartment and in crevices around the vehicle. Was really disappointing. You’re better off just going to a local guy and paying a regular, honest rate.

Expensive and the staff is very unprofessional. They treat you like you are paying just a couple of bucks. If you have time, there’s a lot better options like Pronto Wash, there you feel like you are running the place and your car ended up spotless.
Only quality service is the receptionist. I do not understand why I keep coming back. I guess because it’s near my home. Will definitely go somewhere else.
I BEEN ON JUNE TO CLEAN THE CAR. AND FOR ME SORPRISE WHEN I GET BACK HOME I FOUND THE PAINT OF THE FRONT BODY OF THE SUV WAS TOTALLY SCRATCH. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND TOLD WHAT HAPPENS. BUT THEY OPINION WAS THE SCRATCH WAS MADE BY A BUNCH OF CATS. THE ANSWER WAS TOTALLYN INSANE BY THE PERSON IN CHARGE . I TOOK THE UNIT TO THE TOYOTA & they did visual evaluation as determinate was done by a wash machine. I was sent to a special detail company for a second opinion as the answer was the same. Finally I went to my Hojalatero Charlie at 65 Ave and his special technician and the evaluation was the same as the other. DAMAGE DONE BY THE EQUIPMENT / MACHINES USE FOR CLEANING. AS THINGS GOES BY I FINALLY DECIDE TO CHANGE THE UNIT.
PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR TO PLACES WHERE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY DOING. THEY PROBABLY DON’T DO THE MAINTENANCE TO TRIER EQUIPMENT AS THEY SHOULLD TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE PAINTS IF YOUR CAR. SPECIALLYA NEW ONE LIKE QAS MINE. AH FANALLY THE
PERRSON IN GHARGE OF HI-TECH IN CUPEY TOLD ME TO DO SOME DETAILLYNG FOR $50. Bucks but he wad sure the damage will not desapear.
