Best car wash in town, hands down!
Had a great experience at Pavilion. Stopped by for a wash and detail service w/ out an appointment. Matt was terrific in assessing the type of detail my car needed and provided thorough info on all detail services available. He didn’t try to upsell me, which I appreciated and just was a straight shooter. Initially, had my car washed to see what level of detail service I needed and then made an appt to come back the following day. Matt was nice enough to credit me for the wash I paid for that came with my detail.
Detailing your car is expensive and Pavilion isn’t on the cheap side, but you get what you pay for! My car looks brand new (ten years old) and they even were able to buff out some big scrapes (mostly from the tumbleweed lol) and paint transfers I had on my car. Couldn’t believe the difference. Definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a detail/waxing service. I will come back in the future, thanks guys!
Thank you guys so much for cleaning my old 01 Civic! Inside was much nicer to look at and the car looked fresher and cleaner then when it was bought from the owner. The seats were dirty as well as the trunk was a mess and I told them I was wanting the interior and trunk detailed clean and once again you guys didn’t fail to impress me. Rocks and dirt on the floors were gone too and seats, trunk cleaned. Really appreciated the hard work y’all did! I was telling a friend of mine my car is “So fresh and so clean clean” taken from a verse from a song! I told my husband I knew the right people to take this car to, to help get it sharp again! Thank you guys so so much!
My first time in for a car wash and I was very impressed with the quality and results from the wash and dry. Unique situation occurred when wipers were being installed and the tech dropped the blade on the windshield and it cracked. Here’s where management stepped in and took care of everything so promptly and without any hassle. They showed me the crack, gave me a report and gave me several options on how to get it replaced. They paid for everything associated with replacement and referred me to Brutons Glass and they too were professional, prompt and service was well done. Customer care by Jaime and staff was outstanding. A class act in my book. Thank you.
I don’t like there service they charge me $250 but they didn’t clean the engine still had leafs and the seats still had dusts on the corners never going there. 🥹
