Ok, so I came in for a wax, that’s what I wanted primarily done, and the wax was alright. Could’ve been better, but I’m still very happy. I’m even happier because this is the first time EVER since I’ve started driving that a Dallas Area car wash has not only not totally streaked and ruined my window visibility, but in fact has made the glass the cleanest its ever been. These. Detailers. Know. How. To. Clean. Freaking. Glass. PERIOD. I bought the 4 express detail packages for 170.00. 1.The vacuuming was very sloppy..i literally had to show the girl all of the places that were missed, and still used the vacuum myself
2.i had to ask them to clean the inside of my windshield they did a very sloppyswirly mess and had sometype of overspray.
3.tons of very visible crevices that went completely untouched
4 waterspots everywhere and yes i paid for a hand dry and wax. Little attention to detail even after the manager came out when i asked what scent they were going to do..they only have one and it smells like rotten berries he saw i was having an issue with the service..and didnt even say anything. no clean leather smell…and my seats were wiped and leather conditioned? why was i easily able to wipe spots off of them with my finger? The wheels look terrible where they put whatever it is to make them shine and clean..as you can see..swirls and poorly done areas of wax that there shouldnt be.
I could have done better myself… i ll 100% not recommend and I feel sick that i paid almost 200.00 for something I amgoing to have to go home to get it cleaned right. This was my first time booking a hand wash detail versus doing it myself, I was getting it done as a gift to a friend of mine and wanted a ‘professional’ clean. I guess I’m not sure what to think. Is the car cleaner? Yes definitely. Do the results wow me? Can’t say that they do. I’m not sure what I should expect from a $60 hand wash service, but I get the impression it was just a little bit of a rush job, and I guess jury is still out if I got full value for my money. There are some parts that didn’t really get fully cleaned, including the roof which I don’t think got touched, and the front bumper had some bug spots that weren’t fully removed either. The interior was vacuumed and it seemed like most of the interior dash and console was wiped down, but there are still dust and crumbs in certain areas, and other areas like the gauge cluster weren’t touched. Not sure if this is something I should critique because it was supposed to be included, or if my expectations are not appropriate. But that said, the staff was super friendly, the process was easy, they had free coffee in the outdoor waiting area, and they turned the vehicle around pretty quickly, although I would have preferred they take more time and get a full deep clean done. I have been trying out different washes since I moved to Carrollton in June of 2021. This is by far the best my car has looked afterwards. Minor paint swirls that had been left by other washes are gone, and their customer service was excellent. Great place for a car wash or detail and a free drink to boot! Price is very reasonable and staff is very friendly and works hard to get your car done as quick as possible while you wait at the bar or lounge in the cool. Oh and several tv channels to watch while waiting. This place takes getting a car wash to an all new level!
Great service. Got a mini detail they vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car took it through the car wash and hand dried. Car looked great when they were done they did a great job cleaning the interior as well as outside. Thank you all so much. Also kudos to the owner for getting out there with your crew and working with them I am sure they appreciate it and respect you so much more for doing so. There should be much more managers/owners doing that. If you are looking for great service this is the place to come to get your car cleaned and detailed.
I got the mini detail + wax. Complimentary beer, wine, or coffee, and a sample car refresher and I chose the royal one. Each department and team did an awesome job and I can tell by their reactions they are having a good time working together. The lady inside who you pay and offer the drinks is funny and kind. They will call your name once your car is done with whatever service you choose. I felt great knowing my truck drove off clean from Tommy’s Car Wash.
Today I went to this place for the first time and WOW! This is a professional car wash. I just got a normal wash and interior cleaning and I’m very impressed. They treated me and my truck like royalty. Yes, I paid a little more but it was more than worth it. Forget the other car wash, this is the Holy Grail for me.
This car wash was just next to the Huffiness Chevy dealership. So after my car was serviced I decided to take my car to Tommy Terrifics Car Wash. I was just back from a road trip and my car was a little dirty with dead bugs from outside and little dirt and food spills from the interior so I decided to take a mini detail package. It was for $75 and for that amount they did a superb job of cleaning the car thoroughly both exterior and interior. My car looked like a newly bought car. It took almost an hour and a half but the wait was worth it. You can sit and relax in the glass office and enjoy a complimentary beer, wine or coffee. This is a next level car wash and I would definitely recommend it. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.
