I took my truck in for a VIP wash on the 8th of March, 2023 expecting the the level of service I was used to. It took me about 35 minutes to get my truck in the actual line for the wash. The truck made it through the wash and was pulled up to the team that finishes drying off the truck and dusting/wiping down the inside of the truck. They called out that my truck was ready. I started my walk around and I immediately notice a huge area of spots around my mirror and these aren’t just spots from not drying quickly but these were dirt spots that the wash didn’t catch. There were a total of nine spots the supervisor had to spray and wipe down. About the third or fourth area the supervisor explained that this is normal and if I wanted a better wash I should get a detail done the next time. With his remark it made it easy for me to decide not to use this company again. On my tailgate there was a horizontal strip of dirty spots about 9 inches wide and went to both sides of my truck and that’s supposed to normal? I know better! No more Jacksons car wash for me.By ray beard (a month ago)We did the exterior only wash . So I wish I would’ve taken pictures. We paid for a $15 wash the car was still covered in dirt and a $3 tire detailing that didn’t even happen. We even tipped the guys two dollars. - Reviews:I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. All inclusive details, 10 hand wash package, even as far as getting my car wrapped. I wanted to believe that they would be good at what I consider specialty services, but unfortunately most of there services left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price points. For $100 you’d expect a hand wash to be perfect, it’s far from it. They don’t properly dry the car, they barely cover it in soap as they don’t use a foam canon. Dirty spots on the wheels, dirty spots on the mirrors. It’s a rushed job for a premium price. The all inclusive detail is $300. For that price you’d expect EVERYTHING detailed. They often forget to wipe down the media center screen and the speedometer etc. They leave dirt build up. They don’t do anything to your head board. If you have a car that you care about don’t bring it here. Not all Jacksons location operate the same way! I learned this when I took my monthly “membership” to other locations. Membership was accepted and worked fine, but other locations do not have the self-serve stations for vacuuming and drying after the wash tunnel. They have team members doing the drying & vacuuming and charge extra (plus tip) – bad thing is there is no option for self-serve drying & vacuuming – if you don’t want to pay an extra $7-$10, you can let the wind dry for you as you drive. ? Another absolute plus for me at this Jacksons is their floor mat washing machines! Until you have sent your floor mats through this quick wash & dry, you don’t realize how dirty your floor mats can get! ? The use of these machines is FREE/INCLUDED! And I have not found another Jacksons location that has these floor mat washing machines!By A F (a year ago)Wow what a great experience! Not only did they give me a free wash but an extra free exterior wash for me to return with my car! Excellent services all the way around! The guy in the white shirt Kyle! Was amazing helped me sign up for a membership! Simmon was also a great help! He checked my air-filter for me while waiting for the sign up. Lastly special shoutout to Jason the manager, such a breath of fresh air! He handed me my ticket at the end of my experience with a smile! 10/10 will be bringing all my future cars here!
I see this place is always busy and now I wonder why. Friendly of course when selling their details and even upsell. Their sales tactics are perfect but service delivery is sub-par. What may seem like a deal, is not. I am pretty relaxed but the price I paid and the results I got were baffling. The upsell at the end included “getting road grime off of your paint”. First I inspected the inside. Everything was shining real nice but a true detail it was not. Simple stuff was missed including dirt in visible areas, my cup holders were left alone and still had some of my morning coffee at the bottom. ( I feel like a karen for writing this but the money and results no bueno) I check the outside of my truck and road grime still present. 600 dollars I could have used for a better detail. Friendly but not worth it. Go elsewhere.
My experience today wasn’t that great to be honest. I usually get the express or basic wash for my daily driver truck. But today I went with the ultra star wash for my nicer truck. I was even talked into paying an extra $10 to have my Weathertech mats scrubbed and washed as well. The exterior wash was decent but I did not notice any difference between this and the basic I usually get. The interior was where I believe they dropped the ball. The mats looked like they were just sprayed off with the hose. There’s still dirt foot marks and dirt water spots. The entire back seat wasn’t vacuumed. The front center seat wasn’t vacuumed. All of the door jams weren’t wiped down and neither were the door cubbies. These kinds of things I would’ve typically let go if I was doing a $10 wash, but not when I’m spending $60 and sitting and waiting 45 minutes for my truck. I would’ve also brought it up in person before i left but i was in a time crunch and had to leave immediately. I will never pay extra at this location again. I’ll just keep sticking with the basic/express and save some money.
