Decided to get my car washed today after a road trip back from Leavenworth. I paid $18 for the ultimate car wash. The car in front of me got sprayed down and scrubbed as they pulled in I pulled up and my car wasn’t even touched I went straight into the car wash and afterwards went and said something. The manager was very pleasant and said it was not acceptable at all. He gave me a free ultimate car wash for another time and I also went through again. Which I really appreciated that! The manager watched for a minute and as soon as he walked away the guy who was supposed to be scrubbing my vehicle stopped and just stood there. I had to roll my window down and ask him to scrub my vehicle which he still barely did! After going through twice my car was still dirty! It would help if the guy in charge of scrubbing the cars down actually did his job. I can share the email with anyone that wants to see it was clearly there fault .Also I have had in the past bad service here car wash stopped working and soap was left all over my car. I have receipts to prove this they offered me a lower grade wash. Which is the one I used and that’s when my car got the damage. Wow Has to be the worst self car wash I have been to.
Save your money go somewhere anywhere else
I’ve been to alot of self car washes. Never had such a hard time with equipment as well as getting what I selected.This one wouldn’t spray the wheel cleaner then the brush at first barely would put out soap then stopped all together wasted alot of coins trying to use the bay.

They are knowledgeable. They have lots of car equipment. Do some custom work. They researched all equipment necessary for the desired job. Overall, great experience. My only reason for the lower review is because I saw an additional charge after purchase and returned to ask why, as it was an additional $100, and was told that I was charged for CarToys Extended Warranty. My main issue here is that I was told it had the 4 yr Warranty INCLUDED but it wasn’t included! I was charged! So, I wasn’t given the option on if I wanted to buy the extended warranty.
I went in there yesterday 12/26 to purchase speakers and an amplifier, I saw on their website that they’ll price match any authorized online dealer. I showed the worker at the counter I’d like to price match and he acted as if the difference was coming out of his pocket. I liked supporting them for years as they’re a smaller company but I won’t be back after the last time.
I am giving you 5 stars because of the installer Ryan. I spent $1300. On a stereo and i’m all excited to actually add on a rear view camera and rear speakers and spend probably $4,000 more on my other car. So I call and Ryan, not the installer and he tells me I have to pay at least $200 for an appointment. What is that? I was a walk in on Saturday , but seriously, you’re going to charge an existing customer money to secure me an appointment? This has really put me off. I might spend my money to add the backup camera and rear speakers in my truck and a while Apple play system in my other ca somewhere else. Seriously, I am put off. The installer Ryan was awesome!! The other Ryan was a total tool! He couldn’t care less. I’ll see if I choose to spend my cash, not finance, cash with your company.

I went in to look at getting a new setup that had apple car play and such as well as potentially dash cams. Chris was incredibly helpful and got me setup rather painlessly, which I appreciate immensely. I haven’t had my stuff installed yet but the process so far has been relatively easy. I don’t know a lot about these sort of things but he explained things to me and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Car Toys and will likely be back to have dash cams installed in my other vehicle.
