I’ve been coming here for years but today is my last day coming here. We personally saw that an employee grab a drink from the car and proceeds to save it for later once confronted the employee proceeds to get an attitude for being caught and throws drink at the trunk and slams the trunk but since it’s automatic the trunk begins to push back. Apart from this happening we do a last minute inspection and we see that the letters are missing and looked tampered with. Really disappointed since the owners are nice and try to satisfy customers but it’s the employees that make it hard to come back.By Luis Hernandez (3 weeks ago)They charged me $40 for an inside & outside cleaning for a Honda HRV. The outside cleaning was not too bad – just like what your could do with your water host at home, and the inside was a superficial vacuum cleaning. Did them even spend 5 minutes on vacuuming it? The dusty spots were perfectly untouched.

I had to use my phone light the whole time just to see where to aim the wand as virtually all of the lights in the facility are out.
There is no change machine on hand so I ended up leaving with $12 worth of car wash tokens and the thought I’ll probably never see that money again.It’s too bad the owners don’t put a tiny shred of effort in maintaining the place as it is very conveniently located and there was a line of customers there.
But instead of driving off with a great feeling of a clean car, you are left with more the sensation of relief you weren’t mugged in that dark concrete post apocalyptic car wash.

This place may not have the pretty exterior of some car washes, but they are outstanding!
Staff was friendly, crews were very detailed (inside and out of my car), and my cars looked nice! I live in Emeryville and drove both of my Tesla’s to this area just to get them washed.
Asked my partner to get an oil and filter change so we try this place out for the first time. They gave the car back to her telling her they decided that no filter was needed despite her asking for the filter. I now have to either pay someone to do this again or I have to do it myself just because they decided not to listen to what a woman asked for. The car has ran damn near half it’s mileage with the same oil filter at 110k miles. I can’t believe they really just ignored what she asked for. Waste of time and money. Will not return.
Edited to respond: she knows what an oil filter is. Your tech told her that they didn’t do what she asked because it didn’t need it. I’m kind of impressed that y’all doubled down on her being ignorant on the response too.
This place is one of the few errands in the Bay Area that is painless. I’ve gotten my oil changed here a few times now and I’ve been able to get out in about 10 minutes for an oil change. Staff is super friendly and organized. I haven’t run into a long wait of people ahead of me yet. I so appreciate a place that is organized and efficient!
Friendly staff and they work quick and fast. I been coming here for many years for car wash, but the last 3yrs I have only came for my annual oil change using a Groupon without issues. My only complaint is, if your using a Groupon there is a extra $13 charge on top of the cost you paid for your Groupon. Not sure what that charge is actually for, and why the Groupon price doesn’t include all fees. Unsure the actual price for High Street oil change without Groupon, and whether or not it’s a better deal using Groupon plus $13 added fee. Over all I’m satisfied, and happy with service, and never had to second guess if they actually changed my oil filter or not. Highly recommend.
It was kinda funny because when I drove up to the front of the line, a tech (he was wearing a uniform like the other workers there) greeted me with my first name. I guess they had my card on file from the other time I got my oil changed there.
This was my second time going there. The worst part about going there, for me, is the location. It is in a bad neighborhood–just a block away from a homeless encampment. I loved that there was only one car ahead of me, and I was able to stay in my car the whole time.
The people who waited on me were friendly. The person who was physically doing the oil change couldn’t speak English–there were others that answered my questions. There was someone else checking the pressure on my tires. Someone else supporviising them. Some else who asked for my credit card.
It was a way different experience than many decades ago with just one person doing everything.
