We go to this car wash frequently as it is conveniently close to us to keep up the cleanliness of our cars. I typically do the first or second tier washes. Sometimes it’s not the best, especially if there is a line of cars to be dried, but I move on and live with it. I paid for the Ultimate wash, the service just below VIP. There was absolutely no line. My minivan was still very dirty and so I went back around. The manager/owner was very rude and said to reverse out of the wash and pull to the side for the worker to wipe down. He barely even checked my vehicle, he was in a rush. The worker was very sweet and tried to help me out wiping down and thanked him for his work, however, the manager/owner should have let me go through for another wash since it was still dirty throughout and for the “ultimate wash” I expect a better job. I felt bad to ask the worker to wipe down the entire van so I let it be as he saw was a “good clean”. Customer service is key, this could of went differently. Basically robbed from this service. We won’t be going back. Photos are AFTER it was wiped down by the worker.
** edit to add about owner response: I was never even given any conversation by the owner about paying more for detail work at all so to say I didn’t want to pay more or failed to understand is a straight lie. He didn’t even hear any concern. He straight told his worker to go wipe down and walked away. What a joke, lying about a situation. Unbelievable. I have gone to another car wash with a monthly service and never had this issue over “sap” as you claim. I’ve never left an awful review and always give the benefit of the doubt, but wow, terrible service, this location deserves it.

Owner says that car wash is not to clean dirty cars, but to clean already cleaned cars. It says a lot about how it is not only worthless to visit this place, but you get arrogance from the owner. If the iwner thought my Jeep couldn’t get cleaned, they should have informed me to go someplace else. Not take money from me and give horrible service.

Unfortunately today there was a different person in front(which I later learned is the owners son), when he asked me for the service I wanted I had told him express detail and he told me that they don’t do that, that the highest is VIP, I tell him that I always get an express detail that I pay $67 for, he said no they only do VIP, it’s $46 and they also do the interior, I asked him if they will do my seats with that and he said yes so I thought “maybe they changed their menu, whatever”. When the ladies are done with my car I see that they indeed not do my seats(which is the only reason I came since I my son had vomited on my back seats), so I go back to the front and tell the other guy(who is usually there and remembers me for always getting express detail) is now at the desk and I explain to him what happened. He told me that to get the rest done I’d have to pay the difference, I asked if he can give me a discount or something for the inconvenience(bc now I had to wait for the ladies to be free again since by this point they have moved on), they said no that I have to pay in full bc it was the owner’s son. When this was all his fault for telling me it’s not a thing.
Then when they finally start to clean my seats, they only clean my back seats when I paid the difference to get the FULL EXPRESS DETAIL SERVICE. I literally just got my back seat cleaned. And only the seat. No super detailed cleaning, good smell, my front seats are still dirty. HORRIBLE Customer service !! The charge $90 for a monthly plan which states unlimited washes! They have a team that halfway cleans your vehicle , missing obvious areas that need cleaning and if you try and take it back to get cleaned they don’t allow and tell you , you have to pay again! For Taxi and limousine there is a huge discount. Amazing car wash. They did a splendid job inside out and wash and vacume was good.
My mother went there yesterday for a Car wash. And one of the employees business crashed into the sign and totaled her car.
Cherry topper, by the time the cops arrived the employee had left the scene and gone home as per the manager. Even though when I was on the phone with the manager at that time since my mother called me, I requested him for the employee to stay at the scene. And the manager decided to get loud with me and not tell him how to do his job, then proceeded to hang up the phone on me.
So the manager has employees that can’t drive a car into the car wash, manager didn’t keep his employee at the scene of an accident and manager doesn’t have any address or contact information of the employee.
But I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job, or maybe he shouldn’t be the manager.
Service is quick no doubt. Ut lacks finishing touches. I have almost always had non dried areas on my car. And yes like any other automated carewash, their wash will always leave swirl marks on your car.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bad service, my car wasn’t clean then when I asked about it they told me to speak to a manager. Then they told me the manager wasn’t on site so I tipped an employee to clean my car again then the car was still dirty😭Don’t waste your time
I took my new car to this car
Wash, by the time it came out the other end, it had deep scratches on the side.
The next car came out behind my car car had the same scratches in the same location. Told the manager about it and he got in his car and drove off..
