We had a little mishap where my appointment didn’t get put on the schedule, but Chris was super nice about it and they came out the next day and even gave me a discount and free paint coating. The two that did the detailing on my car did a great job! I’ve never had a vehicle detailed before, so my expectations weren’t high to begin with, but they did about 300% better than I expected. I had super stained car mats and they managed to get out every single stain. I told them I was only really focused on a coffee stain in my passenger seat, but they tackled that and so much more. They even got the stain out of my back floorboard where my friend’s baby threw up grape juice in 2016 and I never expected that one to come out! We had another mishap where I was accidentally charged more that I was supposed to be charged, but they sent me back the difference super quickly. Overall, it was a great experience for my first time getting a detail done! My car hasn’t been this spotless since I got it 7 years ago. There was a deal listed for a full premium interior/exterior detail at $129, and I thought this would be a great surprise for my deployed boyfriend. The interior looks amazing! They did an excellent job considering this truck had never been professionally detailed before. So I’m super satisfied with that.
There were a couple of disappointments that knocked off a star for this review. I honestly would’ve taken away two, but the interior was done so well, that I decided otherwise. My biggest issue was that I was told AFTER the fact about a service that would’ve helped the appearance of the acid rain marks on the truck. Being stationed in Hawaii left the Silverado looking a little dull, so that was something I would’ve absolutely dropped extra money on. While the exterior looks washed, you can’t really appreciate it entirely since those spots are still highly visible. Why would you wait to recommend that to a customer until after the job was complete?
I’ve used mobile detailing services before but never for a pickup truck, so I don’t know if the bed is usually included or not, but to check and see that it hadn’t at least been rinsed out was also a bummer. It looks like there were some wax spots missed on the hood as well. CashApp fees and tips included— $220 later, these are things I will have to go over myself before the boyfriend comes home.

This place is amazing. You can vacuum out your vehicle. They even have little air sprayers to get into those little nooks and crannies. They supply you with window cleaner, paper towels, and air freshners.
They even have these great mat cleaners.
Before moving down here, all we got was a car wash, not all these extras for free.
I highly recommend this place.
HORRIBLE. I used this service for the first time yesterday. I chose the $15 wash. Whatever cleaning products they’re using left a nasty white residue on my black car!!
It took me almost 2 hours yesterday to get that junk off my car. Would NOT recommend. If my car would be a new one, I would definitely pursue legal steps but lesson learned and it worked out. Still, what kind of junk is this. Also the workers… stop! Just stop. I should have known better to turn around when they all just sat around instead of wanting to help looking like they’re hanging out with friends instead of being at work.
Okay so not to be a Karen but please be aware cleaning bristles in this drive thru are not regularly cleaned. I pay for their highest value wash and my car was cleaned to what I would expect a $20 car wash should get…. My vehicle was not waxed, the wheels were not cleaned and I now have a HUGE scratch on my hood. It’s quick and convenient but not worth it. I will say there customer service is top tier I did ask if I could run back through and without hesitation they were willing to rewash my car, this time the tire shine was turned on. My car is now clean but it cost me a pretty gnarly scratch
Great car wash facility. They do a good job. My only gripe is they usually dont open on time. I try to stop in on my way to work when they open at 0800 but usually wait 10-15 minutes past 0800 before they move the cones to come in. This means most days I have to skip them because I cannot wait unitl 0815 to get the car washed. Other than that I love this place.
This place had the most powerful vacuum I’ve ever come across! And the air tool helped blow sand out of every crevice of our vehicle after a long day at the beach. They provide quality, disposable towels and Windex to get your windows extra clean. Will definitely go here again!
