Good 24-hour car wash that has both hand wash and automated wash options. The hand wash option at 3rd tier was about $26 and change inclusive of tax (but excluding tips). They did a decent job vacuuming the inside of the car and dusting off the mats. Everything is pretty rushed by the crew since they’re churning out car after car and the line can get pretty long, especially on a sunny day on the weekends. The store inside sells all your standard car care equipment etc.
My car had some white paint specks that were picked up from the road but the wash wasn’t able to get them out and unfortunately their detailing crew wasn’t able to even attempt the job either after I discussed with them. Finger prints from before the wash were clearly not even removed.

I wanted the car to be cleaned nicely so I opted for the superwash (hand wash) and mats wash. The service was fast but mediocre. $32 dollars later, the car got delivered to me with most of the mud stains and insects marks. The interior was randomly swept and vacuumed.

They used to be good, and I have been there several times for oil change and car wash, but recently the quality of service has gone down drastically, and the staff are not even remotely knowledgeable. I am not going there anymore.First, they opened the Automatic Transmission drain plug for a few seconds before I notified them to stop it. The irony was that they never attempted to check how much transmission oil they drained by accident. Then, three different people struggled underneath my car to drain the engine oil and change the oil filter. Nobody came to refill the engine oil for 20 minutes, and there was continuous confusion and miscommunication between them.
I just asked for engine oil, but the guy who put the oil started to put yellow engine coolant in my radiator, which has green coolant. I am not an expert in car mechanics, but I do know that you can’t mix coolants of a different colors.

A year ago, I was far more impressed than I am today. It was great finding a car wash club/discount in NYC. But over the year the service seems hit or miss.
The receptionist is the best . She ALWAYS interacts with me. She always tells me how many more visits before my free wash. Not so much when she’s off work. The wash is always quick for the amount of cars.
What needs improvement are some BASIC care items. Examples would be: locking my driver’s floor mat in place, pushing the seat back, wiping the leftover stuff off WITHOUT the customer pointing it out (how did you NOT see it when you were drying the car?). A month or so ago, my sunroof wasn’t properly closed so water go in the control area. Not the tragedy that it could have been but distressing, nonetheless. Then, two weeks after that, my husband and I had to pull over because they didn’t remove all of the leaves from the hood.
Attention to detail will go a long way.

Quite decent car hand washing for Manhattan. They were able to clean my post-snow and mud car while keeping roof racks in place.
Could have done a better job in hard to get places such as under the seats but overall decent job and fair price.
Went to this car wash first time. Car was not very dorty. Took the 24.99 super wash which supposedly included undercarriage cleaning, polish and tyre polish. They did a very poor job. Bird poop was still stuck on the trunk and windscreen when they handed the car to me. Did not wipe the water down. side skirts did had dirt on it. Did not even clean the sideview mirrors with water marks on them. Disappointed. They just drove the car out of the wash to the corner and told literally in 3 minutes that it is done. I had to point every spot to make them clean it. Only positive thing is that it was quick.
09/30/2022 I got my usual car wash. The outside looked OK, they need to work on buffing out bugs aka road trip debris. The problem came after 5 mins and several turns of driving. Water started dripping inside thru the sunglass holder. The sunroof glass was closed when I drove in. I know because the last time I used the car was on a road trip, no water problems. Now, I have water stains. Pics are attached. This week’s review 2 stars.
3/18/2022 I got an oil change and it comes with a Super Car Wash. A little out of the way but near the highway so that makes it a good weekly trip. This week’s service 4-stars.
2021: Fast service at a busy location. They left some leaves in my hood/windshield area but the outside of my car was shiny.
