This experience happened to me over a month ago and I obviously am still upset over it. I’ve been here before but this time the service was absolutely ridiculous. I took my car in after we had done some off roading in the vehicle and we all know that most of the workers do not speak English so they ALWAYS call for a manager before confirming whether they can perform an expensive service or not. They do this even if the service is listed as one of the ones they regularly perform. Might also be due to Covid but I doubt it because they always seem to have tons of staff. The manager comes to my car and I show him the inside and outside and point specifically to the places that are of most importance to have cleaned. I continuously repeat to him that I’d like to have this car “show room ready.” He says that is fine and yes they can perform the service however he tries to talk me out of getting my vehicle buffed. I tell him that would not make the vehicle “show room ready” and that is the reason I chose this specific business. He says ok and calls for the car to be taken. When I brought the vehicle in I thought, based on the website, I might have to pay an up-charge because of how filthy this vehicle was but he assured me that it was unnecessary. I waited a few minutes to see how they would perform the service on my vehicle and when I left it there I was comfortable because they started by pressure washing the door panels. Never in my wildest dreams did I think they would call me four to five hours later saying my car was done and to come and pick it up because this vehicles was FILTHY. Unfortunately, I did not take any before pictures but I sure did take a bunch of after ones! Based on the after pictures you can see how dirty the vehicle was prior because it looked just about the same once I had picked it up. After this, I will not take another car there nor will I refer any more friends and family members either. AND YES, IT MAY BE HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THESE ARE THE AFTER PICTURES BUT THIS IS EXACTLY HOW THEY DELIVERED MY CAR BACK TO ME. I even stood right there at the business, in astonishment, and took the pictures. I refuse to have the brushes of a drive-thru touch my cars. I’ve been going here for over 15 years and will continue to do so as long as I can. The owner always comes out and greets me. So the outside is in need of a major overhaul. They do spot on work and quick. I went for a smog check they gave me a free exterior car wash. I also did my DMV filing for the registration with them for $5.00 more and got my oil changed. They threw in another free carwash for another time.

I got my car detailed here. I paid $129 for their DETAILING SERVICES. When I pay extra for a detail, I expect attention to “detail”. So this is me being picky. The rims seemed to have been skipped, the stain on my seat is still there (but lightened), smudges on the inside of the windows, grime in cracks, etc. They called me in about 4 hours that it was ready for pick up. (However, I will say, they are cheaper than their competitors- Friendly Bear Car Wash – and the lack of attention to detail was similar. So I’d rather pay $129 than $225.)
This car wash doesn’t car about your car. I’d say it better to go to a car dealer. Learn from my mistake.
I personally love this place because they offer much more than just car washes. I took my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan for a detail after seeing that dealership could not get oil stains out of my back seat of my. Van. Low and behold, this place does it for way cheaper than what the dealership charged me.
They also offer smog, oil changes, and window tinting services. It is one of the best car wash places in town probably thee best as I take my vehicle when it needs a wash.
